I guess that if the ban is up then you are unbanned. But don't do what ever you did to get banned all over again.

Indeed, that was proof of him cheating... on a different server, which resulted in a ban from TL or Cybertron or whichever it was.
Cybertron has their admins, BR has their admins. Decisions made by one server don't transfer to others.
He was caught cheating in BR, which is why he was banned, and why he is on these forums.
He really doesn't have to answer for that video for two main reasons: 1) It was a long time ago, far before he was banned from BR. 2) It didn't happen in BR, that video shows absolutely no proof of Sphinx cheating in BR, but does in Cybertron.
And yes, July is quite a while ago now.
