Someone is voted to be kicked. It's 4 to 0, to kick and the server says, its not enough votes to kick. Whats up with that?

It uses a ratio of all players and need 50% to pass. so if there are 6 players in obs, it count them as well as a vote not cast. so the ratio goes in favor of the guy getting voted on.

another reason why admins should be watching what others are doing and kicking the fucksticks.
