I was playing a few minutes ago and he was saying "FAIL" and things like that when I messed up. I voted to silence him but it failed. He then voted to kick me the moment the map changed and it failed. His reason was that I was "WHASTING AIR". I voted to have him kicked and it passed.
I've noticed he has problems with people and I wanted to report this.

First of all, I have been having a problem with someone SMURFING my name and harassing me on the server. (Cat3000 ????)
He joins as STU whenever he sees me online, and then drops whenever I drop. HE DID THIS SIX TIMES LAST NIGHT.
It's pretty obvious to everyone but admin that he's not joining the server to play the game.
Most of the time the fucker doesn't even play.
When he does, he harasses me and TKs my APCs.

I complained about this 2 days ago to Tigga, but he did NOTHING, claiming that it wasn't smurfing because it was "SPELLED DIFFERENT"
I reconnected as "BOS'DAD" only to make my point.
BONGWATER THEN BANNED ME FROM BOTH SERVERS.
(I spoke to Erowid and apparantly Bong then lied about my server ban, claiming it was only for a few minutes WHEN IN FACT IT WAS FOR SIX HOURS and only got revoked when I used a neighbor's computer to reconnect and complain about it.)

Stu u were NEVER banned u were kicked by vote. Its a 6 minute ban from being kickex from vote. Only one of the servers was up at the time. Thats why u couldnt connect to the other.
