according to the video, df ninetails was there, why didnt you whisper to him to keep an eye on loghead ? this could have solved the problem right on the spot.

my point being, you cant say the rules weren't inforced, if you didnt let the admin know what was going on. admins dont just sit in the server in obs to make sure your haveing a great time.

he has to observer it for himself. no one's word is law. admins need to see it and screen shot it so it can be posted after action is taken. thats the rules in br. he may have been observeing him and didnt see it after that. I dont know, I wasnt there, but your vids dont show what happened after the incident. I will say this, if I see it, he will be kicked for it, if it continues, he will be banned, these are also the rules.

by the way, when you dont cuss and call me names, Im a lil more simpathetic to your problems. it's hard to care about someone alse's problems when they are swearing at you and calling you retarded, and so on. I will post a note in admins area to let admin know they need to watch whats going on when he comes into the server.

I have posted a notice ( twice ) in the admins area. log head will be watched and if this happens again, admins have been told to act on it.

So you're telling me that demos are meaningless and an admin has to witness it in order for action to be taken?

It's impossible to fake a demo you know....

demos are after the fact, you cant ask someone to take your word that you have a demo and that you saw it correctly , so they should bann someone. IN GAME, an admin has to see the problem to act on it. your not likeing this wont change the rules.

also, even if you post a demo in the forums, we CANT BANN someone untill we see them in the server again. so posting something and then wanting imeadiate action taken (((((((RIGHT NOW !!!!!!))))), isnt going to happen either. if you want to make the rules, you need to start your own server and you can make all you want, we go by the rules of br.

There are 2 Demos.

The harassment starts near the end the first demo with the APC TK at 10:13.
He jumps into my APC and zaps it at 7:30 (after the time extention.)
He then repeatly switches places with me.
At this time I notify admin.

In the 2nd demo, the chat harassment starts immediately.
The vote to kick me occurs as I first fly out of the hanger at
27:38.9.
The kick vote for some reason only shows on the screen for a moment, but is visible in the chat.

that would be for ninetails to answer, I cant as I wasnt there. I hate to say this, but its possible that you have attacked so many admins over the last two years , that they simply dont hear it anymore.

I observed him for good 15 mins after u alerted me, but he didn't do anything after that.....

unfortunatly, thats happens alot, we cant see everything that goes on, we can only try our best. my suggestion is to try and get your whisper fixed, that way no one is alerted but the admin. I will make myself available to you , if you need to test it, just ask.

Less than 7 minutes elapsed from the time I alerted you until the end of that map.
Although nothing happened in that time, the chat harassment and vote spamming started IMMEDIATELY in the next map.
You didn't even need to be observing him to see that.

Bashing the admins won't help you at all. Just saying, not trolling for once.

I will say this on ninetails behalf, I rarely watch the chat log unless Im chatting. if im playing , I play, and I will obs someone for a few min and then play again, then obs them later. I dont, and wouldnt expect any admin to just stop playing and watch someone none stop for 15 minutes.

I don't know about TKing and all that, but in the chat Stu posted loghead openly threatened to call the cops with fraudulent claims against Stu. I'm as big of a free-speech advocate as there is out there, but threatening to call law enforcement with false info seems like the kind of behavior that should at the least be... discouraged... on this forum and in-game.

Another thought: Instead of trying to make a broad rule about "real-life" harassment, how about something simple like "No posting the personal info of others on these forums or in-game" (info that they themselves have not posted). Straightforward and easily enforceable.

your right stu, but you dodnt take the time to read my post either. if Im playing the game, I dont always wacth the chat log. not only that , but sometimes it flying by so fast that you cant read it !

we dont record and rewatch every game we have ever played, and we dont stay glued to the screen just to see if you are haveing a problem. shit happens, get over it and move on. the problem has been reported and the admins know to watch him. but you still have to have the last word and no one is right except you !

this is exactly the kind of stuff that makes people say ( screw him, he gets what he deserves ) and then they dont pay attention. I can understnd someone thinking,, ( im not getting involved,, Ill just get bashed for it later in forums from this guy ) if people dont see things EXACTLY as you do, you bash them till you either banned or the thread gets locked ? ( weather or not its there job ) all of these people that are admins are doing this and takeing time from there own game play. if you want to start paying for admin service, we can assign one admin to watch everything that happens to stu.
