Wow...I've seen some BatB costumes, but those are excellent!! Where I work in Michigan runs a trick or treating program every October for families and we get a lot of girls dressed up as Belle in her yellow dress. I've gotten one person dressed up as Mrs. Potts (teapot form) one year and last month's program saw a girl who couldn't have been more then 7 dressed up as Lumiere! Not to mention one of the trick or treat *stops* is a Disney theme and there's both Belle and Lumiere in there, though whoever had painted her for the stop gave her the wrong eye color-blue eyes!

Japan as a whole takes cosplay really seriously :) it must be all that anime. but when they get it right, they REALLY get it right.
