Title: TF:Cyberttron set Defective Disk 1
Description: fix for the problem

Greetiogns All,

for anyone who has this set, you may want to check to see if you have a defect on disk 1 episode 3. If the first 7 minuets of the epsiode are missing, here is how you can get a replacement disk from paramount:

I had the same problem with one of the Masters of the Universe sets, and they (BCI in this case) sent me a disk free of charge just as long as I had all the info needed.

Great! I was wondering how to go about getting this fixed.

hrm... I'm not sure if I have the problem or not...

Easy way to find out.

Does your copy of Hidden start out the same way as this one?

O.Supreme - September 8, 2008 09:46 PM (GMT)
I know some sites have been calling out the play on words "Hidden", but I also think it is odd because this was episode 3 (episode 4 of Galaxy Force), but this was also the 1st episode ever to air on CN

Hmm, it figures, now I find out about that glitch, after I've already sent it back through my library's system. That, and has anyone else noticed that, on the final disk, the last episode comes after the actual final episode? Is this a glitch, or just bad arrangement?

Mako Crab - September 8, 2008 10:33 PM (GMT)
Bad arrangement. Cartoon Network didn't bother airing the regular version of Inferno until after the series had finished airing on TV, so the dvd set came the same way. It's retarded, I know, but it's what we're stuck with.

Unless you can find a copy of The Singapore version on eBay, which actually puts it in as close to the correct order as can be done (since the 1st episode is a ahcked verison of epsiodes 1& 2 anyway...)

Oh man, I wish I could swap out my first disk of Torchwood Season 1 like that...

AutobotWonko - September 9, 2008 02:01 PM (GMT)
I am so getting the Singapore DVD version. Thanks!

Roadbuster - September 9, 2008 02:54 PM (GMT)
AH! I do indeed have the defective disk...

Greetings All,

Just FYI, I got my replacement DVD in the mail today. Took almost 4 weeks instead of the "10 busieness days" mnetioned in the recording, but at least it came. If anyone hasn't recieved theirs yet, give it the 4 weeks, then call back.

Swoop - October 8, 2008 07:02 AM (GMT)
Then mine should hopefully come soon, of course I don't remember now what day I called on...

Echowarrior - October 8, 2008 11:10 AM (GMT)
Hmm...well, I called mine in literally the day before discs started being mailed out, and still have yet to get it. Hopefully, it'll actually come in sometime this week.

Kinda find it doubtful, but still.

Roadbuster - October 8, 2008 02:30 PM (GMT)
I still gotta call in sometime...

Darkhour - October 9, 2008 12:58 AM (GMT)
I had a similar experience with Stargate DVDs. There was errors in the production, and for a limited time you were able to get replacements for free.

Mako Crab - October 9, 2008 03:42 AM (GMT)
My replacement disc just showed up in the mail today. Checking it now to make sure the missing minutes are restored...

... and they are. The ultimate collection of Cybertron is now complete. :D

Echowarrior - October 10, 2008 11:10 AM (GMT)
And mine arrived yesterday morning. Now I kinda regret making that second call a couple weeks ago...

Swoop - December 7, 2008 01:34 AM (GMT)
I think I've called three times now and haven't heard or seen anything from them...
