Hello everyone. I'm the one that attempts to translate the Japanese text for arcade game pages for Shaggy on the main page from time to time. It's good to see arcades are still doing well despite the majority consensus and I enjoy writing about my time growing up and being involved with the local arcades. I write for a number of other sites, too, but if it doesn't involve music games, I try to provide this site with the news first since, obviously, the readers of this site are most interested in arcade games.

I spent a small handful of years managing a store, which had an arcade route and the owner showed me a lot of things concerning arcade machines, so while I might not be as seasoned as other cab owners on the site, I at least know some basics. Once I finally have money and space to do so, I'll end up picking up cabs of my own - most likely an MVS since I have two carts for it already, but no cab. My all-time favorite game genres are fighting/brawler and rhythm, so I have a lot of ground to cover once I finally get into collecting cabs.

Welcome to the boards! It's good to have you here.

I have an MVS cab but I am really wanting to update it to at least a two slot or four slot game - but other things seem to get in the way of me doing that.
