Yeah, this is not official or anything but, it looks like Capcom will be announcing mvc3 in may. I hope an arcade version is in the works too.

I believe Capcom cares about arcades, but when it comes to certain titles. To me, when it comes to Fighters, the arcade is more of a "we are promoting this" than....here's a Street fighter for the home console. In my view, if Street Fighter IV wasn't release for the arcade and just a console release, I think the game would not be as successful as it is now.
I think SF did well in the US because it has the name. If it didn't have the SF name then arcade release or no, it wouldn't have done as well. They may care about arcades in Japan but when it comes to the US, they are clueless as to how to properly handle them. IMO at least. ;)
An arcade release? Or just for the ps3 / 360?
After looking around is seems there are are no plans for an arcade release.
