I would appreciate any help on how and where to pre-order the new Street Fighter 4 cabinet and game. Since this will be my first arcade cabinet, i would like to know where one should go to import these.

When I heard about some operators going to import SF4 I couldn't find out from where. The only import site I know of would be Coinopexpress but we got the news the other day that Capcom will be doing an official release of SF4 in the US, we just don't know when and through who yet.

I also wonder if they will change the cabinet design for the US release. I noticed that each Japanese SFIV cabinet is one player only and I wonder if they'd attempt to do that in the US. That's something extra to keep in mind I suppose. If I find out more I'll let you know however and maybe one of the other posters who has more experience with importing can give a better answer.

Hmm.. hi-def cabinets aren't that easy to come by yet. You're talking alot of money. I'd say you'd be better off getting a 360, two Virtua Fighter Hi Grade Sticks and a good television. It'll work out two or three grand cheaper. Plus, you'll have online play.
