All sorts of things at AC are worth specific amounts of galleon credits which can be used to buy abilities and new/additional characters. The following lists will detail how you can earn these credits and how you can spend them as well. HOW DO I EARN GALLEONS? 500+ word post [ic] 10 Starting an open thread 10 Posting in a previously empty forum 10 Earning 50 points for a house 10 Opening a graphic shop 10 Filling a graphic request 10 Submitting a subplot 10 Having a subplot accepted 10 Posting our ad on a site 10 1000+ word post 15 Posting in 10 threads [ic] 15 Recruiting a new member 20 1500+ word post [ic] 25 Gaining 50 posts [and every following increment of 50] 25 Finishing a topic [ic] 25 Filling a specific plot request/need 25 2000+ word post [ic] 50 Winning character of the moment 50 Creating a character for someone else's plot request 100 Donating/Forfeiting a die roll 100 ***** You may also turn in a character you no longer want for the amount of galleons it would cost to make that character. Admins will also give out galleons periodically for other special circumstances as they arise or because we are feeling generous. When members leave or abandon us, we will distribute their galleons to all the active members.
