I was just updating my profile and wondered maybe since a lot of people use it now if a twitter bit where you could add your twitter account would be good

That would be a matter for Invision, who build the forum software... In the mean time, there's nothing stopping anyone from putting their Twitter link in their signature.

Oh ok :) I will try that :) didn't know if you could add custom fields but I don't make forums so I didnt know :)
