Pirat Galleon (missing the E on pirate for some reason) was a Zamperla Galleon, which occupied the spot Ramba is now on up until the end of 2003. As far as I know, it's now up at Ocean Beach, South Shields, where it has been reunited with the Freeway!

The Pirat Galleon is a classic Adventure Island ride, one of my former favourites. Still miss the old girl when I ride Ramba Zamba - which was beginning to disappoint me in my latest visit.

The closest ship is probably at Pleasurewood Hills, Norfolk/Suffolk.

Legoland is a bit further away than Pleasurewood Hills for me, anyway, I can do Thorpe in a day, but I like AI, so I can only go on 1 ride each time I visit Southend
