Has anyone had "hot foot?"

I seem to be experiencing hot foot, and wonder how long it lasts, and what causes it.
I am not complaining though as I usually suffer from cold feet, so its nice to have cosy toes for a change.

1991 Had upper back injury whilst working.
On going upper and lower back problems, with prolasped discs.
SPD during last pregnancy.
2008 Extreem advance in lumber pain. Refered to Mr Shackleford at Spire Hospital.
MRI showed a number of problems. Disc bulging. Moderate DDD, spinal oesteophites.etc.
Physio for 8 months
March 2009 facet joint blocks at L4/L5 and L5/S1.
May 2009 double disc replacement at Spire.
Treatment for Sacro Illiac problems

Oct 2003 MRI Scan showed DDD
Dec 2005 Epidural & Facet Joint Block
Dec 2006 Epidural & Facet Joint Block
Apr 2007 MRI Scan
Nov 2007 Discogram Positive at 2 levels
May 2008 Percutaneous Discectomy (should have been IDET but machine broke on the day)
Had ADR at 2 levels L4/L5 & L5/S1 on Tuesday 27th January 2009
