Hiya, it's just me being silly. My pain has been getting me really down in the dumps, like breaking down in tears and all that silly stuff, not going into college. I am constantly trying to snap myself out of it by doing things. Can't paint my nails because I could be going in for the discograms this week even! I can't get in the bath. I listen to happy music and try and sing along. I'm awfully exhausted all the time. I go out with my mum and/or sister to get me out and about etc.
Do any of you guys know of anything you could suggest to me? I'm at a loss of what to do with myself to be honest. I guess the brave face has finally worn off. It might not be but have you considered that you might be depressed? You sound like you are showing symptoms but only consulting a doctor would diagnose if you are. If so there are effective treatments that would help you cope better.

Hi Alison,
It's been a long time since I've been depressed and earlier this year I was doing so well so I was able to come off my anti-depressant I was on. I had been doing so well and at my last psychiatrist appointment which was less than 2 weeks ago, my Dr was extremely happy with me. But I seem to be getting more and more down. And quickly at that. I will call my CPN (community psychiatric nurse) in the morning and talk to them. I think it's quite possible if I'm honest. Not doing too bad, You sounded exactly like I was when I was starting with depression and given your recent problems then that makes you more susceptible. Hopefully its just early signs and you'll be just fine. Take care and let me know how you get on. You aren't the only one going through all of this,though I know it feels like it sometimes.
