:D
Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd post an update...
Basically I have my life back!!
I'm in either no pain or a very mild ache if I stay in a position for too long.
I'm back at work and have even been able to get a new job which I start in September - unthinkable 6 months ago.
My physio has been amazed at my progress and signed me off this week, and I'm starting pilates with a really good 'back specialist' teacher.
I can finally stand up and watch my kids play football, go out for the day without a chair and sit for an evening at the pub!
I have so much energy - it's only now I realise how difficult things really were.
Thanks for all the info and support - I tell everyone about the website - it's such a valuable resource.
Cheers,
Hilary
Brilliant news, well done on doing the physio and keep up the good work to keep you moving and your core strong. All the best for your new job.
Hi Hillary,

Its great to read your post Hilary, we love the success stories and I'm sure you will give inspiration to others facing surgery.
It truly is a wonderful feeling to have your life back and be living the dream.
Best wishes for the future.
