Hi Guys,

Please can you help me. I really need to find a good physio. The one I have at the moment only wants to use heat therapy and can not offer anything more. Mr Shackleford said I need to move past heat therapy now and focus on re building and strengthening.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. Is this the folder by Dawn that's titled Physio's in the Essex area? I checked that, it's too far for me.

Anyway I forgot that you guys are based up North...Anyway I have decided to go back to the physio that was recommended to me by my first surgeon, he is only down the road to me and very good.

This site is a gold mine and you have done an excellent job by creating it for people like me. Your a star.
