Hope its a happy year for one and all and that everyone sees improvement to their back problems and consequently their quality of life!!!!
Will be having a glass of cheer (ie orange juice!!!! just wish I could tolerate a drink) to everyone.

Thank you, I'm hoping to still be awake and am going to risk a wee dram. I went and ordered a rise and recline chair yesterday so even if my back isn't any better at least I'll be able to be more comfortable out of bed.
