As of july 1 2007 this site was "offically" recognized as the on-line voice of Macon Georgia AA.
The first order of business is to decide on a domain name. Under consideration is: macongeorgiaaa.org, macon-georgia-aa.org, aamacongeorgia.org, aa-macon-georgia.org, aamaconga.org and/or aa-macon-ga.org
I'm kind of leaning toward aamaconga.org as the least obtuse, as looking the best on the page.
Thoughts? Considerations?
The thoughts of the aa community is very important. I look forward to reading your thoughts and recommendations.

Great job on the site Stone. Thanks to everyone else thats made this possible. I like aamaconga.org. Its easy to remember and a drunk like me needs something easy to remember. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the response, "smashnmacon". I'm glad that you like the site, I hope that you'll let us know about stuff happening in the area, and post your thoughts about sobriety.
That's one vote for aamaconga.org, I should've made it a poll.
We're having a website committee meeting on wed the 18th of July at 6:30 at the fellowship hall.
If you can think of anything that needs addressing, post it, or come by.
New domain name
