I'M SAFE, UP HIGH, NOTHING CAN TOUCH ME
HOW DO I FEEL THIS GOOD SOBER?

Astra was walking around aimlessly. She had nothing better to do, really. If she did, obviously she wouldn't be walking around, not doing anything productive. She had talked to her mom earlier, and had told her not to worry about her, that she was safe and healthy, depending on your defination of both "safe" and "healthy". Astra was recovering from a bout of the flu. Then again, she had a tempeture of a hundred degrees, and she still got up on stage and rocked out the crowd, despite how unknown they were, of course. Astra sighed, and wondered where Tricia was. She then realized that she was supposed to be talking to the press about their work, and the type of band they had. Gratiously, they came to her, and one of the reporters asked her, in a funky accent, You're Astra Jasmine Lyons, daughter of... The reporter checked her notes as Astra nodded, Justin Robert Lyons, founder and CEO of Lyons Enterprises? She handed the microphone over to Astra, who said, Um... Yeah. Most people call me AJ, though. The reporter nodded, and said, AJ, then. How does a trust fund kid find herself working from the bottom up to the top? Certainly it would be easier to buy your way to the top? Astra got angry, this was how she was treated for acting like a normal kid, working her way up? Astra said hotly, Yes, I could. But then it wouldn't be based on pure talent, which is why we're going this way. Ask me normal questions, not about my ancestory.

The reporter was taken aback, and stuttered, O-o-of course, AJ. Um... How does it feel to be on Warped Tour with two guys you've known since you were eight and your little sister? Certainly it feels weird to have your little sister coaching in on your dreams? Astra was used to the question about her little sister, Tricia. She loved her sister, certainly, and wouldn't have it any other way. Astra responded, It's awesome. Built-in-family, and my two friends? They're awesome. We have a stylist, we've known her since we were... um... well, I was fourteen, anyway. She was awesome, she's the girliest out of my sister and I. Trippy is awesome on tour, she reminds me to do the girly things. And no, it doesn't feel weird, I love my little sister. I'm glad we share this dream. Astra smiled, and the reporter nodded, still confused over Astra's way of handing things, which was nothing like Tricia. Astra was certianly a lot more hot-headed, and the reporter asked, Who's idea was it to form a band? And where did you get the name "Just Because"? Astra smirked, her two favorite questions, because no one seemed to believe it was all Tricia's idea. She responded with, "Trippy -that's what I call Tricia- was the one who came up with the band idea. At the begining, we tried out several names, including one name that we used once, which was "Stars Align" or something like that. Then I got into a heated argument with my mom, and we officially christaned the band "Just Because" and the name stuck.

The reporter nodded, and said, Well, that was my interview with AJ Lyons, lead singer of Just Because.... The camera guy cut off the video and the reporter said to her, Thank you for the interview, AJ, I really hope we talk again later. Astra nodded, and said, Me too! She hugged her, and Astra then took off, waving bye to the reporter, thinking, Oh my God, I hate that girl! Astra finally made it out of the mess, and looked around, wondering what to do next. Is there another person out there? She was confused, and the constant looks that she was getting suggested that they were confused about her as well. Oh, well. Astra looked around, wondering if anyone would talk to her or if she should walk over to them. Certainly, Astra looked her girliest yet with all the things that matched, but was it her fault if Tricia decided that she was going to look nice for once? Astra wasn't exactly the girliest girl in the world, so anytime she looked slightly girly, she looked different from the usual Astra people saw. But a part of her hoped her best friend would see her like this, and fall hard for her and break up with Monroe. The name reminded her of Marilyn Monroe, except this Monore was a whore who was cheating on her best friend. And Astra knew better than to say anything about it. After all, Monroe would claim that she was just jealous of what she and Gray had to her best friend, and force them apart further.

Davie Lareoux had no idea how he'd wandered backstage, other than the sad, sorry fact that it was caused by some hardcore fan who wanted to pull down his pants and... Yeah. That. He shuddered at the mere thought of it. But hey, no fans getting through them bouncers-bodyguards people, and thus keeping Davie's gay virginity. Hah. Virginity. Davie scoffed at the thought.

Though...he hadn't been much of a socialite these days, mostly keeping to himself and wandering about, putting on a mischeivous smirk everytime someone came up to him, pretending that he was all hyper and shit. Well, it's not like he WASN'T hyper, he just wasn't bouncing off walls. And besides the whole seeing-music-soundwaves part (i.e. getting past a hangover), he was pretty much okay. Kinda.

He watched detachedly as some reporter and camera guy wrapped up a spontaneous interview with some chick. Uhh...Davie guessed he should know her, what with Nora having connections everywhere and almost literally knowing everyone, band and crew alike. She looked sorta familiar, but only probably cuz they were all on Warped and probably have seen each other at some point or other. But no names. Yeah, no names.

Davie was...feeling quiet today. Haha! Was he ever quiet? But no, he wasn't goin over to start a conversation just now. But he stayed in sight of the chick, or at least in her line of vision. Chicks...sigh. He hadn't been much of a ladies' man lately, eh? Laugh, Tanner Renton. Laugh.
