Appearance: Bleach has short spiky hair that is pure white, His skin is also the same pure white as his hair, he is about 6 foot tall and is decently built but still slender. His eyes are orange and the whites of his eyes are black.
Clothing: You will never find him in anything besides a pure white robe type outfit that is typical in feudal Japan. He carries a long black katana that is always with him no matter were he goes.
Powers:
Visible Light Absorption: Bleach absorbs any visible light that comes into contact with his body or clothing. This is why he and his clothes are white, because white is the absence of all color, since he absorbed all it. This is then stored up in his body as a form of energy, he can use this like everyone uses food if he wishes but typically he doesn’t. His eyes are the only parts that fail to capture all of the light; they fail to capture orange which is how he gains he orange eyes. This effect is ever constant and can reach a few inches from his body.
Visible Light Blast: Bleach releases all of the stored up light in his body into a almost solid form of light that burns on contact. This form of light is black which; is the presence of all color since he absorbs all color. The light is capable of burning through cloth, put small scaring marks on stone, can make metal soft from the heat exposure, and burn wood. The blast is in a form of a large blade that goes in a straight line. It is about 8 feet tall and 2 feet wide. Travels roughly the speed a person can swing a sword. After using this blast he has to reabsorb more visible light in order to create it again, this takes roughly 5 minutes. If he does use this right at 5 minutes after it is only half as strong but still the same size.
Body Augmentation: a side effect of his constant absorption is that his body can only hold so much energy so it naturally spends the energy to augment his natural physical abilities. Normally he is just above normal strength, speed, and durability. But he can actively focus his energy into a certain attribute making any one of them to be between Olympic and superhuman level. The focus causes the energy needed to increase making him unable to keep it constantly. The max time is 5-10 minutes, the time is based on how long he has charged. If he has been absorbing light for 3 minutes then its 5 and anything after 6 minutes allows for the full 10 minutes. The reason why it can hold out longer then the initial time to absorb is because while using the power he is still absorbing light energy.
Regeneration: Bleach has a innate ability to heal faster then normal due to the extra energy that is coursing through his body. This isn't that strong it just allows normal cuts and stuff to heal within 10 minutes of being injured, it isn't that fast but still useful. Now like with the rest of his powers, he can choose to put all the absorbed energy into this ability and drastically increase his regeneration time causing it to only need a minute to heal normal cuts. Of course it can only be held for the same duration as with his body augmentation.
Weakness:
Visible Light Blast: Bleach can only use one blast at a time, as it removes all of the light stored in his body, however it doesn’t take too long to absorb enough for another blast, typically around 5 minutes during the day, 8 at night in a room, 11 at night outside. Also it takes twice that time to make the power at full power. Anything less then that causes it to only be half strength.
Body Augmentation: As stated above, the advanced form can only be held for 5-10 minutes. Thus making it only a small and short burst when focused on. Only one stat can be increased at any give time using the advanced form.
Regeneration: This power when fully activated, has the same time restraint as the body augmentation of 5-10 minutes. Once focus is put on it, all other powers beside the absorption are turned off because no energy is being put into them. Thus he would be the normal strength, speed, and durabilty as a normal human being.
Bleach is very claustrophobic as most small spots are void of light, not to mention he hates water and will only get in it if he absolutely must. As you get too far light doesn’t reach and even near the top the light is bent and he doesn’t get all that he typically would. Not to mention that water completely prevents the use of his power.
Personality: Bleach is insane, He has no real method to his madness and just likes to cause trouble. He is playful and arrogant loves to mess with people and injure them. He is loud and obnoxious as well. In a fight he goes all out not really caring about his well being. His moves are rather unexpected and radical.
History: Bleach was born in Japan to a middle class family. He was trained from a young age in both martial arts and sword fighting as his family was really focused on that and prideful. He was the best of all the families that were in the area and became highly arrogant. Not many of the other families liked him and when he was 15 they all ganged up on him. Taking a few with him as it happened, he still couldn’t stand against them all.
Holding him down they put as much different kinds of medicine as they could into his mouth holding it closed to keep him from spitting it up. He was hospitalized for a full year finally waking up from the coma the medicine caused. Upon waking up he looked in the mirror to find he and his clothes were all white. This plus the meds he had been forced to take caused him to snap and go insane.
Since then he dropped his given name and took up the alias Bleach, going around from town to town causing all kinds of trouble. Killing and stealing as he went leaving each area shortly after hitting it. It wasn’t long before he had to leave Japan for the law was after him. During this time he learned his other powers. For the next 15 years he spent all his time in a remote cave area training how to use his powers as well as his fighting style. Now he has came out of seclusion and is back in the world.
