Lisa was born a natural redhead, with long straight strands that fall to shoulder level. She rarely likes to cut it, and in fact prefers to not touch it at all, however her mother tends to disagree when it comes to that sort of issue. It is generally kept loose and carefree with just the soft band of a piece of spare cloth tied around the top to keep it from sticking to her skin. The golden-bronze hair itself falls in a single parting either side of her face, framing her fair skin and gentle eyes well. Her dazzling brown eyes seem to form a pit of endless opportunities, with dark celestial spheres surrounded by a hazel ring. They offer a look into her world where she feels isolated and afraid, scared to talk to others and even more anxious of their responses. Her face mirrors this, with tentative looks of concern and panic when trying to offer a genuine smile that turns into something altogether misshapen and ambiguous, and even a little awkward.

Clothing:

Not one for expensive or extravegant clothing, Lisa tends to wear, if anything, simple tops and jeans, or shorts that are good for running. In both summer and winter she tends to stick to more of a neutral colour scheme, favouring blacks, blues, soft pinks and whites. A user of some make up, she will not be seen with large amounts on, her personality being the type to benefit from little use of foundation and subtle lipsticks as they draw less attention to her. Most clothing is moderately well-fitting and not too loose, as longer, fluffier clothing tends to cause her problems when travelling at the speed of light, and any tassles or dangling pieces of fabric tend to get left behind. Several pieces of clothing were subsequently ruined before she took the intellectual approach into investigating how things worked in space at such speeds, which also sparked her interest into reading other things.

Powers:

Space
Absorb energy from stars
Lisa is able to absorb radiation from any star. She absorbs the radiation or heat they emit and drains the energy, which is stored in her body. There seems to be a limit of the actual energy she can store in this manner and as the energy accumulates to being to of a high level there is the risk of her accumulating too much energy and overcharging herself, due to that she hasn't learnt to stop feeding off the energy. If a case of overcharging were to occur, it could display itself in a multitude of ways, from a quiet, unnoticeable death to her body exploding, her body reverting to photons and dispersing or firing off a massive energy blast from any direction, any of which would probably kill or seriously injure her. Energy is generally spent through travelling at the speed of light, or firing energy blasts.
"It's like they feed me... the stars... it's weird, because even if I'm out there all day I still want a pizza."

Breathing in space
Lisa is able to readily travel into space without suffering from the lack of oxygen due to her body substituting the element with chemicals released naturally from Lisa's pituitary gland. These chemicals begin releasing as the altitude increases or as the oxygen levels begin to drop, and it takes several seconds before the chemical begins taking effect. This is most effective when she is travelling up at a steady rate rather than being thrust from oxygen-rich to oxygen-deprived environments where she will have trouble breathing or not breathe at all. Furthermore going from oxygen-deprived to oxygenated environments can cause similar breathing issues as double the amount of normal oxygen permeates her system.
"I gasped and thought I was going to die out there, and then realised I had gasped."

Light/Photons
Light/Photon Travel
Lisa is able to, as well as travel through space in her human form, travel as a particle of light moving at incredible speeds through the vacuum of space, appearing as a golden streak of apparent sunshine. When entering the state her body travels faster until glowing and then shatters into the ray of light. When leaving the form the ray transitions towards a red hue before expanding into a human form. Each change, either shattering or expanding, releases a compression of energy which spreads out in an encircling ring. When travelling from a planet it is more difficult for her to adjust to space if she travels at the speed of light, and will try to do the change when high in the atmosphere, if not already in space. Whilst in her light form, Lisa obeys all rules of light but one - she is able to bend freely through space. Clothing sticks to her and travels at the same speed, returning to its normal state as long as it isn't too loose, or with too many dangling parts.
"It was the second fastest I'd ever travelled. The fastest being that time I fell off my garden wall."

Energy - Pending approval
Energy Blasts/Beams
The stored energy in Lisa's body can be projected through her hands in the form of a crystal-like shining beam that strikes out in the direction her palms are facing. This is most potent when under the influence of a form of cosmic energy, but she can produce a weaker version from her own energy stores. The beam varies in power depending on energy exposure and accumulated energy, and at full power would be enough to carve a few pretty craters into the moon.
"It's all tingly and warm, and makes me a little bit tired. The hardest part is remembering not to scratch my nose while I'm doing it."

Weakness:

Aside from being physically small and weak, the powers Lisa possess are only truly fully effective when under the influence of direct rays. Her powers are immature and unfocused, and at the time of her joining the Xavier institute the only mutant power she'd picked up on was feeling hyperactive when out in the sun for too long. Her abilities are largely non-aggressive, and require her body sticking within limits or gradually changing. Her aggressive powers are purely energy-based and ineffective against anyone who can counter energy attacks, or otherwise dispel them. Her shy nature and passivity are also factors which can cause problems in combat situations.

Personality:

Shy and unsociable, Lisa finds it difficult to mix with people in a normal way. Her fear or rejection or discovery as a mutant only serve to assist her self-depreciative ways. She is passive and calm, but can easily get riled up if a problem threatens to exceed her capabilities, and she will retreat from a situation without reserve to organise her thoughts and form her plan of action in solitude. She is an athletic person, but simply because outdoor exercises barely even tire her because of the boosts she unknowingly gains from the rays of the sun and even the moon if she goes for a midnight run. She works hard at whatever she's asked to do and will definitely put herself first if the best interests are in her favour. This is not to say she's selfish, just not stupid, as can be expected by someone who can fly through space. Her attitude is unstable and she wouldn't know what to honestly do if someone approached her with a compliment.

History:

Lisa Jagger was born on November 11th in a dingy little hospital, her mother screaming even after giving birth, and the father taking the opportunity to try and slip some drugs from the doctors while he was there. They left the next morning, dragging their child into the car with them and speeding back home to their home in Cottingham in England. From an early age they acted profane and aggressive towards her, shouting obscenities and referring to her in derogatory ways. The darling child knew nothing of the love parents truly offered children, being ordered into ragged clothing and beat and scolded for no reason other than what her parents had decided for her. They claimed the child they malnourished was fat, and so placed her on 'diets'. They deemed her an abomination and cut off her golden locks in disgust. By the time she had reached childhood she had already tried to run from her parents only to be pinned by a neighbour's dog who thankfully reined in the mongrel before it bit her throat out. The return to her parents was appreciated by neither side, the parents at least who took the opportunity to beat her with reason.

As she grew in an unsupporting household, she attended school and was a girl who showed true interest in sciences and maths, which was immediately downplayed by her parents who failed or refused to recognise anything she said or did, resulting in her not trying as hard as she could have. Her mother was pregnant for the second time now when Lisa's father left, and the next few nights were truly the most dreadful as she could remember. Phone calls stormed in at every hour of both day and night, and they were answered all times in between. She made the mistake of answering once, coming to take the brunt of the verbal assault coming from her drunken father who believed her voice to be her mother's, or didn't care, she didn't know which. Her mother, on the other hand, filled the house with dingy perfumes, bad vibes, unnecessary shouting and unfamiliar, loud and scary men who passed by the child without a comment and joined her mother in her bedroom while Britney Spears would play, and Lisa would sit and amuse herself in her isolated absence.

Being alone as a child is a rather... strange time, to say the least, as there is a world of possibilities before you and no one to tell you what to do. Finding herself in this situation Lisa played and actually had some fun. Roleplayed by herself, danced and sung to Britney Spears and she managed to never actually get tired. Hours could be spent outside running back and forth and at the end of it she could wander back inside the house as though she'd been sat down and hardly done anything. Her mother tried all sorts of things to get her daughter to sleep but in the end gave up and threatened her with beatings if she didn't sleep. Excessive energy didn't affect Lisa as much as it normally would have though, as she found she suddenly had a strange way of doing something that no one else could do before. She wanted to run away and she now had her chance and so began practicing in her great amounts of spare time. Running developed into effective sprinting, being able to travel at high speeds without tiring, the equivalent of running the 1500 meter in the Olympics at the same speed as the 100. She needed a plan, some way of leaving her mother, but in the hands of a little girl there was no easy way for a plan to be formed.

With puberty came problems, and the constant energy which she never told anyone was barely even one of these. She found herself needing more and more exercise, but not because she was still being told she was fat. At school she could spend ages outside running and not get tired, even long after everyone else. However just by walking around or sitting next to a window she would find herself tired, and not believig herself to be a mutant, or even knowing about them at that point, had simply thought there was something wrong with girls at her age. Some things grew, some changed, some didn't, and she reckoned that the whole energy thing was simply a problem that would be away by the time she was a few years older. For now she found herself alternating between very active and very tired.

It was when her mother decided they were going to take a trip to the Carbbean that Lisa was not only suspicious, but also grateful. Having followed past and recent mutant events she had become aware of the Xavier Institution in America - a place to train people like her and help them study. Help them grow. She had wanted to go there for some time, and her mother's trip to the foreign country was an ideal opportunity. Almost too ideal, and it would have made more sense if her mother had told her she'd sold their home and most of their possessions to travel across seas, but Lisa didn't care. Her mother needed the child to do work in the new country, and Lisa needed her mother to get her there. The plane journey was tense and almost silent the entire way. When they landed the first thing Lisa did was steal what money she could from her mother and take a ship from the nearest harbour to the American coast. From there it was a simple matter of hitching rides before she'd find herself arriving at the Xavier mansion.

She'd left her legs behind a long time ago. Now she was flying. Floating. Travelling through the air in an impossible feat of human development that caused her to break at least through the layer of cloud and see for the first time the land above the sky, where the clouds became ground and the sun shone magnificently on a new horizon of the type she had never seen before. Her eyes dilated madly as she stared around at the intricate and perfect setting, the magical surrounding that threatened to render her so happy about where she was at the moment that she'd never want to go back or even move. And yet still she climbed at a slow speed of ascent, like an angel or a soul travelling from the mortal plane towards the kingdom of heaven, but looking up above e could see no pearl gates of St Pete. Above she could see only sky, and she travelled up to meet it now without fear. She had expected her breathing to become fatigued long ago, but her mind was in such a buzz she didn't even think about it. Didn't consider that there was more happening to her than what she could see or feel, but that was all she could perceive. Nothing held any value for her at the moment except the ideal landscape in front of her.

She climbed up to a land where the blue disappeared now, replaced with with black in ever-increasing amounts as it continued to spill more and more into the watery hue of the atmosphere, and still her breath was unfazed. No hindrance to her as she drew herself further into the vacuum of space, encircling her body with the emptyness and isolation, and she felt that in this loneliness her own tendency to be alone was not... alone. Her face had been in a grin from before she even penetrated the clouds, so the new feeling of being united in loneliness was not going to make her feel any happier than she already was. She was moving forwards now, travelling with the sun on one side, and an endless dark horizon ahead of her, moving closer and closer, faster and faster and leaving the Earth behind, falling away. A flash of light, and then...
Her eyes flicked open to the dull shaking of the truck as it rumbled across more patches of dirt roads. Boxes slid a little and bucked against restraints, and from her perched position atop a large crate she could make out the outlines of several other wooden containers in the silver moonlight that broke through dents and cracks in the vehicle. Her yawning was silent and she shifted over to the other side to find a more comfortable position in the back of the truck despite the rocks from side to side that threatened to buck her off the crate and into the mad survival maze of sliding crates filled with heavy... stuff. Exhaling gently so as to not alert the driver of her unauthorised presence she let her eyes flutter shut a little before drifting off back into her slumbering world. Not far to the Xavier institute now, and she'd be safe. For now, she was just rising. Climbing up through the skies towards the clouds... ascending.

Whoa whoa whoa there... Great ideas, but unfortunately on this site we only allow a maximum of 4 powers, for a variety of reasons. You currently have 9. Once you condense them and figure out which 4 you want most, I'll take another look at this.

Okay... I'll take things one at a time in order to not confuse everything.

1) Space energy absorption

QUOTE
Lisa is able to absorb radiation from any sun, star, moon, satellite, or other celestial body

Am I getting the right impression by believing that she's able to draw energy from anything and everything that is in space? Sun, stars, moons, planets, nebulas, comets, asteroids... If not, please correct me, and give me a list of everything that she does draw energy from. If so... we're gonna have to do a bit of working on this.

A-) Suns and stars (which are, in fact, the same thing): Fine. I see no problems with this.
B-) Moons: Bit iffy here. The moon does not generate its own light. Rather, it reflects light from the sun. It's still possible to gather energy from the moon, as the properties of the light are different from that coming directly from the sun (the significant decrease of harmful UV rays, for example). So while the radiation is there, it's not nearly as powerful as it is coming from the sun.
C-) Satellites: Man-made satellites aren't nearly powerful enough to generate the sort of energy that you are talking about. Even if they were, it's a very different form of energy... as it is exactly that - man made. Every other form of energy we're talking about here is entirely natural.
D-) Nebulae: Just a condensation of particles. No light, no radiation... unless they are in the process of forming into a star.
E-) Comets and Asteroids: Just giant hunks of rock. No light, no radiation... any that we see are just reflected off ice particles.

Revised and clarified:

That looks good. Just a couple more things with that section.

Plasma is part of the physical compilation of the star, unlike the heat and radiation that is emitted from it. In order to absorb the plasma, she'd have to get pretty close to it... and if her body isn't specifically plasma-proof, that sheer amount of pure plasma would essentially kill her.

My next is just a question, 'cause I'm curious. What happens if she does overcharge herself with energy?

Excellent. That power is fine now. On to the next one.

A - How doe she travel through space in her human form? Is it a form of wingless flight? Telekinetic flight? Something else entirely?
B - So she can breathe without oxygen... but how does her body handle the stress of being in a complete vaccuum? The extreme absence of pressure put a significant strain on more than just the lungs... the circulatory system, the nervous system, the muscular system, flesh, skeleton... the entire body is affected. I can understand her being able to survive in space if her entire body was modified to withstand it... not just her lungs.
