The only characters I can think of that would have actually had a reason to go to college would have been Blue, and the NPC James Morrison. Blue would likely have some sort of masters degree in either business, or philosophy. James obviously has highest honors from Harvard Law. Cain may have gone to college before joining the army, though he'd have a degree in some sort of lesser field. Perhaps a trait school, where he learned welding or some such thing.
I'd say out of all my characters, the most likely to attend college would have been Xaphan and Whiplash...
Xaphan most likely majored in Mechanical Engineering... while Ravenna probably has a bachelor in Biology with a comajor in Chemistry...
EDIT - Guise attended the US Naval Academy and served on active duty as an officer for quite some time.

Tempero never formally went to college, but he's learned about business and psychology since his dad exposed him to the SX world when he was young. In his down time, he is currently studying more technical things, like physics, medical related things, and biology, only so that he can have at least a vague idea of what his tech and med staff are talking about.
Chris went to Xavier's institute with hopes of going to college afterwards, but never made it, since the mansion got blew up, he got kidnapped, kidnapped again, etc. Would have had a degree in computer science by now, though.
Windhawk has a degree in Street Philosophy and Advanced Shakedown Tactics. He minored in gardening.
Psylocke is a university graduate. The college is unknown, but judging by her familys history and wealth, I'd say it was one of the best universitys in Great Britain. I'm not sure what field either... She's of normal intelligence, nothing like her father. It's likely either something to do with criminal justice or fashion... or possibility something to do with flight, seeing as how she's had her charter pilets license since she was 15.

Beast is a genius... so yah. He also has a Ph.D in Biophysics. That good?
And he also has expertise in chemistry, physics, differential equations, electronics, nano-effusive devices, anatomy, philosophy, ancient cultures, art history, musicology, and literature. He is a polyglot. Beast is also an accomplished keyboard musician.

Cece has a BSc in Biochemistry from IIT with her MD coming from Stanford. She's also done a few CPD courses in NY to specialise in the field of Trauma Surgery.
