This thread will be for anyone who wants to either just talk about school or has a specific request for help with schoolwork. Some of us here have already been through school, so don't be shy; shower us with your questions-- try to stomp us! If you don't have any questions and would like to let people know that you're available for help, then by all means, have at it! Just let everyone know what subjects you're willing to help with.
I'm here to help with any subject, although I must admit, I'm best when it comes to math/physics/computer and technical subjects.

Can anyone show me where to find a list of different degrees or majors for college? I've seen a few, but never a good one with nice descriptions of each field of study. If anyone can help, you'd be greatly appreciated.

It's a lot easier to find the Majors/Degrees if any kind if you can list potential colleges. I typed in 'Majors of' in the google search engine and it gave a list of colleges to choose from before I hit enter. So maybe that will help you.

I understand that, but where on these sites is it best to go to find descriptions of fields of study? I'm not looking for the programs so much as something that says:
"General Studies - A well rounded degree in many areas, for those who aren't sure what they want to do"
But with many more options than that. Does anyone know where I could look at something like that?

Might be of use, then again - might not. But it's worth a shot. It's a shame it's not all listed on one page, but if you click on the major it gives you all the info on it. Click

Heeeeey!
Hey, folks. Remember this thread? Lets get it active again!
So, how goes the studies, peeps? If you need some help with any study-related stuff, PLEASE post here. If you don't need help, but you're good at certain subjects, PLEASE post here saying so.
Me? I'm done with school and everything, but I'm good at anything math related, I like physics, and I have a degree in Computer Science, so if anyone needs any help/guidance in any of those areas I'm certainly available.
