The rules are simple:
1. No spamming. Spam = bad. This goes for scrolling the box too. For the sake of convenience, posting 4 times or more in a row and constantly bugging people to reply to threads will be considered spamming in our C-Box.
2. No mention of character profiles unless they are already approved. Any concerns of your character's or any other character's profile are to be discussed via PM if that character's bio hasn't yet been approved. It is ok to share ideas for new characters in the c-box, but after the bio goes up I'm asking that y'all take the discussion to PMs.
3. No flaming and/or arguing. If you have a problem with somebody either pm them directly or pm a staff member.
*4. No foul language or sexual content whatsoever. No astericks[*] and/or symbols to censor yourself; just don't curse at all. And if a staff member detects any type of sexual undertone, he/she will let you know and it will serve as a warning.
5. Advertising is allowed in the C-Box, but please don't get out of hand with it. As long as its not spam(as defined above) its ok. Check the
guidelines for more concerning advertising.
6. No complaining about anything related to the site in the C-Box. If you have a problem with the way things are being ran keep it out of the box. Either PM a staff member or start an ooc topic. As long as its handled maturely and respectfully, it will get worked out. Respect us and we'll be glad to return it to ya.
7. Have fun. If a user should fail to have a good time while using the C-Box, he/she will face the full extent of the penalties, most likely resulting in banishment from not only this site, but on a much larger scale;

If you don't want your usual C-Box name to be taken, click on "profile" at the bottom right of the box and register it. This will avoid situations where imposters pose as you and tarnish your name. Staff members, be sure to register your names.
Breaking these rules will result in one warning and then banishment from the c-box without question, discussion, or argument.I am taking full responsibility for anything that goes down in the box. EDIT (6/28/09) - Any troubles with any members, comments, actions, etc that take place in the c-box can be sent via PM to any Staff member, and it will be handled appropriately. Also, as DAnn (Ronin/Lightfoot) is the Owner and Master of the c-box, and all that occurs within it, he is also capable and willing to handle situations that arise. There is generally, usually, almost-undeniably at the very least one of us on at most all times, even if we are simply lurking. There is no need to attempt to get into fights and solve things on your own, as heroic as it may be. Let whoever Staff/Dann is online know, and we will take care of it.
