Description: (open)

Pumpkin Patch - March 20, 2008 07:07 PM (GMT)
Bog iron despots didn't find their home here as teal eyes looked upon the blue waters. Why anyone would come out to Leed's Point by themselves was utterly mad. Oh well, Pumpkin isn't all their anyways. In Wyoming you would never here of such a place a lake that crystal clear like the ocean waves of the Caribbean. teal eyes fell on it and lips curled into a smile. The Jersey Devil's hide away, how amazing! She looked across the the 70ft wide hole that seemed almost perfect its shape.

She snickered as touch the water and felt the sting of the cold water. This was a sight to be hold. You hardly ever got to see a blue lake or hole cursed be devil. No one knew about things like this. Everything was up for grabs at ideas. Knowing they way the world went today and mutant made it early on before Americans and went a head and played tricks on people. It didn't matter Pumpkin was amazed at the beautiful earthly site.

The evil hole or lake whatever you call it was something for eyes to hold. Pumpkin was careful of stray dogs that might be around and kept close to her truck just encase she needed to get lost in hurry. The lake gave chilling feeling though the day was warmer as spring was turning in to summer.

She knew Dante wouldn't like this place. It chilling feeling and one that got scared easily would panic do to legend. Pumpkin was thrilled beyond all belief to be here.

Skittles - March 20, 2008 07:20 PM (GMT)
Skittles wasn’t actually sure why he was out here – it was too dangerous for his liking. He had asked Drew to come with him, but she had shut herself away and kept working on the creepy things she did these days. Natasha was off on her first official X-Men mission, Cai was untraceable and no one else wanted to come to New Jersey to take pictures of a blue puddle. Spoil sports.

Skittles had opted for a pair of dark jeans and his old AFC boots. The thick, army-style boots fit his giant since sixteen’s easily and they made getting around rough terrain easier than converse or vans might. He wore a light blue Nightwish shirt and a vans hoodie over the top of that, zipped up. Because he was out of sight, his beanie was stuffed in his pocket and his foot long bunny ears were pointed directly up, catching every sound for ages. Skititle’s loved the out doors, but by God was it noisy when you had ears as sensitive as he did.

Hopping down to a lower path, the bunny boy walked for a few more metres, turning to corner and coming face to face with the blue pool. He stared in wonder for a moment, his mismatched eyes taking it all in. It was then he noticed the girl who was also down by the lake. Brushing bloody red tendrils from his eyes, the bunny made another hop, landing down closer to the lake, and stared out over it. Then, like a Scotsman always would, he decided to announce himself as if he knew her. “Bloody beautiful, ain’t it? Shame that there’s nothin’ like this back hame. I’d never have left.” He grinned and reached into his hoodie, where a bulge sat at his chest.

Drawing out his SLR he took off the lens cover, turned it on and focused on the lake, his finger clicking away when he found particularly lovely shots. This sorta thing wasn’t what he’d see every day, so he was making the most of it. Great thing about digital pictures, too, was that he could email all of them home.

Looking over to the girl again, the bunny boy could help but give a smile. He was permanently happy most days, and staring at nature this beautiful it made him that little bit more giddy. “Sight seeing?” he asked, although he doubted it.

Lysek - March 24, 2008 03:02 AM (GMT)
Lysek arived at the Pine Barrens shortly after skittles. He had heard there was going to be a little trip to the site of the jersey devil but by the time he found out who was organizeing the trip and how they we're getting there it was to late for him to catch them. So instead he had barrowed a bike from the garage and by pure luck ended up there just shortly after skittles.

Lysek had always loved myths and urban legends and things like that. When he was little he and his friends whent banshee hunting wandering the woods in the dead of night. So its no wonder that Lysek found himself here at the site of one of the most famous urban legends in the states.

He was wearing his old leather jacket, a black Trans siberian orchestra t-shirt and a pair of black baggy cargo pants as well as a pair of black boots. Instead of his normal brimmed hat he brought a black Nightmare befor xmas beanie as his other one wouldn't fit under the helmet.Catching sight of skittles walking down the path Lysek suddenly got a rather wicked idea he'd scare the ever living crap out of the bunny boy.

Sneaking off into the woods next to the path he moved as quietly as he could. As he neared the lake and his target Lysek ran across a few rat skeletons and thought to himself. Heh bloody perfect this is gonna be so much fun! Concentrating on the marrow in the bones Lysek brought the tiny undead rodents to life willing one off into the clearing headed towards skittles leg.

({and for all of you who don't know or are just intrested in the legend you can find all the info your spooky loving hearts desire about good ol' JD and other jersey myths, ghosts and haunted houses HERE and as a resident of NJ I say enjoy ^_^ :jason: })

Pumpkin Patch - March 25, 2008 02:45 AM (GMT)
Cameras at blue hole were known to break and thus why pumpkin didn’t have one with her. The Scotsmen did sent her off her thinking track causing her to loose art of her footing near the 75ft holes of perfectly blue water. Flailing her arms she managed not to fall in to the hole but managed to look like she was to far out into her thoughts then to watch the world around her.

Leave home? He seemed to be old enough to make the call no matter what was around. He probably made a better choice considering the lack of respect for life in the UK from their members that believed more in forcing religion down other’s throats to the point of blowing them up.

She looked at him as he asked a her question, “No, I’m demon hunting.” Why would anyone come here just to sight see and take pictures of a blue hole? It seemed like a waste to her. The film could be put to better use of megabits and gigabits, whatever his card held.

Beauty did reign surpreme here in a morbid way. A patch was impossible here and not something that would be easily made. Hayden did do her research and found it to be bleak at the fact that most plant life couldn't live here and certain things can only grew.

Blue Rose - March 25, 2008 11:10 PM (GMT)
Raven was out on a trip to New Jersey and was enjoying the rest of the sun for the day. She sat under a tree as she wrapped her new cut arms that she had made. After wrapping her arms she whipped her pocket knife off and put it way. She looked up through the tree and sighed.

"The last bit of sun is leaving the sky. Night time is just around the corner." Raven laughed.

She didnt see anyone around and started to hum a tone from AFI Mismurder. It was warm out as the sky turned a bright red color of bloods and purples.

"I could get used to this place but Im only here for a little bit so i should enjoy it as much as i can." Raven pulled out a thick pack of papers and looked through them.

"Ok so where should i go to first?" Raven looked through them and found nothing to her interest. "Well i cant find anything."Ravens black hair fell infront of her face as a breeze went by and blew her hair back adn forth.

The thing was is that Raven didnt know anyone was near her. Not even her friend Lysek. She was so wounded up in her own world that she didnt even hear him walked by her as she was cuting herself.
