"Fine Magneto. You have our respect, but as for trust, we need to know that the trust works both ways. Can we trust you. Show we can by leaving our home in one piece." I pleaded. "Please..."

[X-23]

"I'll take that into account. But Right now it looks like your a bit partially useless. So I'm sticking my ground for the team." She then turned towards Magneto, leaning on the wall and folding her arms, ready to listen to what she had to say.

[Cyclops]

Scott stood there listening to what Rogue and Magneto were saying. "Something tells me I may know who he's talking about. Those people we fought at the hotel."

[Magneto]

"I will leave your useless home the way it is, what little of it is actually left or worth keeping, which is little," Magneto stated before looking to Cyclops. "You would be right.... Considering that this has already been covered, but you weren't here for that part of the conversation. Mister Sinister means to bring Apocalypse back, and he'll stop at nothing to accomplish it. The monster even has one of my own daughters on his team."

[Professor Xavier]

Xavier was irrate that X-23 was refusing to listen to him, and it continued to get on his nerves the more often that she did it. 'I am far from useless. Just because my wheelchair is no longer available to me, does not mean that I cannot do anything. You shouldn't disobey me like you continually do. It's getting very old.' He then looked toward Magneto. "Your other two children are working for a psychopathic priest. He's got them under some form of mind control."

[Magneto]

"Yes, yes, I know," Magneto said, rather bored by it, shockingly. "William Stryker. I've looked into him. He gets the mind control from being in the military many years back. He was actually very influencial in what happened to your Wolverine. The man is seeking to destroy all mutants, but he's the least of our worries right now. Sinister or Apocolypse will end up killing him before it's all over anyway. That is why I'm sure that Pietro and Wanda will come of no warm."

[rogue]

"Come to no harm?! I'm sory Magneto but, if they attack us again we're not gonna have an choice but to fight back. I don't mean to sound over confident or anything, but they will get hurt." I said remembering our previous battle with the twins and the others.

[Magneto]

"I meant in regards to the brainwashing, Rogue," Magneto said, annoyed by the girl's statement. "Their minds are fragile after being taken over over Stryker, but I have no worry that there will be any permanent damage. There was nothing about any of you in what I said. Stop believing that you're all that matters on this planet, because you're honestly not."

[rogue]

"And neither are you Magneto. Now let's figure out what we're goin' to do about Stryker and Mister Creepy." The strain of the past few hours was getting to me. I wanted it all to be over, for everyone's sake.

[Magneto]

"At least someone is willing to start taking some action then," Magneto stated. "Lead the way, my dear. Trust me, as long as you people don't try to attack me or Gambit any further, everything will be perfectly fine. Let me help you up, Charles. You surely can't get back downstairs without your wheelchair. Sorry about that, by the way."

[Professor Xavier]

"No offense, Erik, but I think I would much rather have Scott and Laura's help in getting back downstairs," Xavier stated. "You and I were very close friends years ago, but things have changed drastically. Despite that I believe we all need to work together here, I'm not yet ready to fully trust that you've turned over a new leaf."

[Magneto]

"So be it then," Magneto said before looking to Cyclops and X-23. "You both best help him up. We have little time, and dilly dallying around up here isn't going to help matters at all, especially with the forces that we're having to deal with." Magneto wrapped his purple cape around his body as he awaited to be led to where everyone else was.

[rogue]

At last things were finally getting somewhere. "Follow me." I said to Magneto. I led them all back downstairs to the War room, where everybody was waiting.
