[Nightcrawler]

Kurt bamfed into the garden and sighed as he made his way through them, moving among the maze as he arrived at a bench. He laid down on the bench and just let the sun beat down on him as he closed his eyes, tears forming all over again as he tried to clear his head.

[X-23]

X-23 made her way towards the garden and sure enough she saw the blue fuzzy elf called Nightcrawler. She looked at him carefully. He thinks he has it bad, My dad is Wolverine, she thought. She walked a bit closer to him. "Hi."

[Nightcrawler]

Kurt didn't even open his eyes when he heard the voice. "Go away. I want to be alone," was all he said.

[Cyclops]

"Kurt... you alright, man? We've been looking for you. We wanna help you, man."

[Nightcrawler]

I finally opened my eyes and sat up. "For crying out loud. Why is it that everyone has to get in fuzzy's business all the time. I guess I should've just kept moving away. I just want to be alone, Scott."

[Avalanche]

I walked up to the others with Kitty, still holding her hand as we arrived, not having heard what had been said before. "There you are, Kurt. We've been looking all over for you."

[Cyclops]

"Kurt, come on. We're in your business because we know you're feeling... pardon the pun.. blue right now. We're family, elf, thats what we do for each other."

[Nightcrawler]

When Kurt saw Lance and Kitty show up, he noticed that they were holding hands and began to tear up all over again as he looked up to Scott. "I don't know what to say to you... I just need time to think everything through without doing something else that I'll regret..." He glanced over to Kitty when he said this remembered that he felt he took advantage of her. He pulled his legs up into his chest. "I just need to be alone so that I don't cause anymore problems."

[X-23]

X-23 looked toward Kurt. She walked over and sat next to him. She pretty much didn't care what he would say about it. She just did it. She was pretty much like her dad. "Your a blue fuzzy elf. Some people like that. Some people don't. I'm cloned from a guy with a sometimes bad attitude. I'm the 23rd in a series of failed products to restart the Weapon X program. Want to stay alone from your friends? I had no friends most of my life. I lived in a room in a lab, was trained to be the perfect soldier, and my surragate mother was a lab technician. My father being the one named Wolverine. Now look where it got me Kurt. I'm on the run from the people that made me." She looked towards him. "Whatever happened to you, its not as bad."

[Nightcrawler]

Kurt sighed. "Ja... You had a hard life... But I have as well... Before coming here from Germany, I was attacked daily by people on the streets... I was even attacked here in America before Her Professor found me. I've had it hard too."

[X-23]

"We all have it hard Kurt. Mutants and humans. It's just we mutants have it harder being that we're different. But look at what you've done for your friends...your family...humankind in general, with you being one of the X-Men. Sometimes you may not see it but things do tend to work out. Keep at it, keep strong. Just remember. Its we who have triumphed over our past that see clearly into the future. Sometimes its more tribulation, sometimes it's clear sailing. We just have to be ready for whatever life throws at us. Now I'm going to revert back to my silent self and let the others try and cheer you up." She laid back and let her arms support her.

[Shadowcat]

"But Kurt, that's like, why you're here. To get away from that. And that's why we're here right now. We love you, Kurt, we're your family. Let us make you happy."

[Avalanche]

I wasn't much for pity parties. I never had been. I occassionally cared when someone was upset, like when it was Kitty or for some strange reason with Pyro earlier, but I had never cared for Kurt much since he was always in the way of being with Kitty... But she hadn't rejected holding hands with me, so maybe things were still alright after all. I just stood there silently as everything else continued.

[Cyclops]

"Well... X-23, thats a rather odd pep talk, but I suppose it is uplifting. I feel better about myself after hearing that." he said. Scott listened to Kitty's speil as well. "See, that's not as self-deprecating. That's how you make someone feel better."

[Nightcrawler]

Kurt let the tears flow when Kitty said that they loved him. He had never had anyone care for him so greatly before coming to live at this mansion. He had forgotten how much the other people in this place cared about everyone else that was here. He knew Kitty was telling the truth... well, at least with everyone, but Lance. Kurt figured that Lance was only there to keep Kitty happy, and rightfully so. Kurt felt he had no right to do what he did earlier to her, as she was with Lance, not him. He wiped the tears away and looked to everyone.

"Ok... I give up... What do you suggest?" He looked back and forth between everyone around him, waiting to see who would speak up first.
