Bernadette Bowring, second year
This sarcastic girl has narrow, bronze-brown eyes, with fine, straight red hair, worn up in a tricky-looking fan style. She's pale, with a delicate build and features, and goes bright red in the sun. Her tempermental wand is blocky, made of rosewood, and has a core made of veela hair.

This naive, playful boy has wide, smokey-grey eyes and short, curly, dark brown hair, cut neatly. He's tall for his age, but still very much a child. Snobby and wealthy, this girl has cynical-looking dark eyes and silky, wavy, medium-length black hair, which she wears up. She's tall and wide-hipped with tanned skin and prominant ears. Her unusually wand is finely-carved, made of fir, and has a core made of salamander core. She despises doing schoolwork and takes more shortcuts than she actually should.

This boy is fond of sneaking around and getting into trouble, with hooded blue eyes and thick blonde hair, long enough that it gets in his eyes and covers his ears entirely. He's tall, but still rather underdeveloped, with a high forehead. His spruce wand is oddly knotty and knobbled, and has unicorn tail-hair as a core.

This lazy boy has beady blue eyes that usually look somewhat glazed, and fine, wavy brown hair that refuses to lie flat. He's very tall for his age and looks like a stiff breeze could knock him over. His skin is china-white. His wand is thin, made of teak, and has a core made of hippogriff feather. He enjoys hexes and curses - purely theoretical, or so he claims.

This Findel girl seems to be frightened of everyone, and can often be seen watching people from the back of the room. Her wide grey eyes are guarded, and her thick, brown hair is rarely styled but is kept shoulder-length. She's very short, but has a strong build, and olive skin. Her unusually short wand is made of elm, and has a core of unicorn tail hair. She severely dislikes Potions and has a white cat she adores.

Annaliese Dresden, fifth year
This girl is promiscuous and mistrusting. She has cool blue eyes and short, straight blonde hair that hangs straight to her shoulders. She's short and wiry, and a compulsive exerciser. Her wand is thin, made of willow, with a phoenix feather core. She is desperate to gain approval of those in her house and her year, especially the approval of boys. Her favourite subject is Astronomy, and she has a pet cat who she adores.

Sensitive and sweet, this girl follows Mei Li for protection. She has wide brown eyes that look perpetually startled, and thick brown hair worn in a pony tail that reaches the small of her back. She's short and curvy, and usually wears clothes that emphisise her figure. Her skin is pale and she wouldn't, unfortunately, be described as 'pretty' under any circumstances. Her short wand is oddly-formed, made of elm, and has a core made of kelpie bone. She is a prodigy when it comes to Herbology.

Sneaky and bullying, this boy has almond-shaped eyes in a fetching shade of blue-green, and fine, straight, white-blonde hair worn in a shaggy mop. He is tall and broad-chested, with long-fingered hands and pale skin. His knobbly wand is made of larch and has a phoenix feather core, and his favourite area of study is Potions. He follows Mei Li to remain reasonably high in the pecking order.

This boy never seems to keep his mouth closed for more than a second at a time, and has an annoying habit of mimicking people while they're talking. His slanted eyes are dark, his blonde hair curly and cut short. He's broad-shouldered with pale skin which burns easily. His short wand is hard-wearing, made of fir, and has a phoenix feather at its core. He's terrible at Transfiguration.

Eleanor Jones-Myer, fifth year
This gentle girl has medium brown eyes and thick, curly red hair, worn loose. She is very tall and has a voluptuous build. Her skin is china-white. She has bushy eyebrows and a pointed chin. Her short wand is whippy, made of willow, and has a core made of phoenix feather.

This dashing young gentleman considers himself to be a lady's man (he's not). He has dark blue eyes and short, straight blonde hair, carefully styled. He's short, but holds himself taller, and has a good tan. He has an unadorned wand, made of bloodwood with a core of hippogriff tail hair. He's very interested in healing arts.

Dan Hulbert, sixth year
This boy is a Findel, and reminds people of a crazed lunatic. He's tall, has large blue eyes, dark blonde hair and tanned skin. He is almost always doing something dangerous, like blowing things up or aggravating people much larger and stronger than himself. He has a love for loud noises and his hands are covered in tiny scars. His wand is average-sized, made of larch and has a core of phoenix tail feather. He loves Potions and is quite good at it when not deliberately sabotaging his work.

Holly Keen, Molly Kulmala, Polly Willis, sixth year
Collectively known as the Ollies, these three girls are so alike that most, at first, believe they are triplets. (They're not.) All three are tall and slim, all with blue eyes (Molly's grey-blue, Holly and Polly's true blue) and blonde hair (Molly's white-blonde, Holly's honey blonde and Polly's dark blonde), which they all wear in ponytails. All three are fair-skinned and hate spending time outdoors. Their wands, at least, are unique - Holly's is delicate, made of dogwood and has a griffin feather core, Molly's cedar wand is simple with a phoenix feather core, and Polly's is long and thin, made of pine and possessing unicorn tail hair as a core. They are vapid, occasionally spiteful, and followers, hanging around with Emily Sawden-Yeats while also being slavishly devoted to Mei Li.

Kelly Norris, sixth year
This young lady is calm to the point of being cool, and never really reveals what she's thinking. She is very popular. Her green eyes are rather hooded, and her thick, straight black hair is long and held back in a severe ponytail. She's short, but elegant, with creamy skin and a rather weak chin. Her wand is very long and elaborate, carved of oak with a hippogriff feather core. She's excellent at Charms.

This quiet boy is driven and intelligent, working tactics in to everything he does. His eyes are wide and a smoky blue, partially covered by his mop of wavy, rust-coloured hair (which he ties back in a bandana when playing). He's slim and would probably be more suited to playing as a Seeker, with skin that burns easily and long-fingered hands. His wand is whippy, made of hornbeam, and has a dragon heartstring core. He adores Defence Against the Dark Arts.

Lily Henderson, seventh year
This wilful girl can't be told that she can't do something, because she will go out of her way to prove the person wrong. It often spells trouble for the people around her, too. Her blue eyes are narrow; her long, straight hair is the colour of honey and worn in a braid down her back. She has a small build, perfect for her role as Seeker on the Quidditch team. Her wand is whippy, made of maple, and has a core made of phoenix bone and her favourite area of study is Transfiguration.

This tall, slim boy is graceful and elegant, with thick red hair that he spikes religiously, and almost turquoise-blue eyes framed by long lashes. He has a delicate look, with hollow cheeks and a pointed chin. His wand is long and whippy, made of willow with a phoenix feather core.

Linda Dafford, second year
This young lady is always busy with something or other. She has wide brown eyes (verging on chestnut) and wavy black hair, usually worn up and styled. She still has the remains of puppy fat and is deeply tanned. Her wand is short and thick, beech, and has a griffin feather core.

Mason Schilling, second year
This sly boy is, surprisingly, not a Findel. He has dark blue eyes and thick, curly, dark brown hair which is dangerously close to a mullet. He's short and broad-chested and pale-skinned. His rather long wand is hard-wearing, made of pine, and has a core made of griffin feather.

Alexis Poulis, third year
This sweet little girl reminds people of a labrador - eager to please and friendly. She has deep-set hazel eyes and short brown hair that curls slightly, usually worn in two plaits. She is short, developing curves and has a rich tan. Her hornbeam wand is delicate, with a dragon heartstring core, and she adores Charms.

Lachlan Craig, fourth year
This boy is sleek and cat-like but has a bad temper. He has almond-shaped grey eyes and soft brown hair which he spikes up. He's short for his age, and skinny with pale skin and stubby fingers. He has a long, plain ash wand with a phoenix feather core. He has a pet cat.

Danielle Nielsen, fourth year
This peaceful girl lacks the competative spirit that would have her playing a more aggressive position. However, she's precise, which fits Keeping perfectly. She has fine, curly, light brown hair which is usually scraped back in to a tight bun, and has wide brown eyes. She's tall, has a leggy build, and fair skin that tans well. Her wand is simple, made of alderwood, and has a dragon heartstring core. She adores Charms.

Michelle Chen, fifth year
This almost ridiculously competative girl is tall, lean and darkly tanned from time spent in the sun on her broom. She has dead straight, thick black hair that falls to the small of her back, usually parted down the middle and worn in a pony tail. Her eyes are chocolate brown with hints of green. Her gnarled poplar wand has a core of unicorn tail hair. Academics isn't her strong suit, but she is rather good at Herbology.

This clever, fox-like boy has almond-shaped, deep blue eyes and short, silky, dark brown hair. He has a narrow build and a deep tan.His wand is plain, made of rosewood, and has a core made of dragon heartstring. He has a pet rat.

Oscar Summers, fifth year
This tightly-wound boy reminds people of a coiled spring - all energy ready to be released, making him ideal for Quidditch. He's broad-shouldered and tall for his age, with deep-set grey eyes and spiked, white-blonde hair. His very long wand is finely-carved, made of spruce, and has a phoenix feather core. He detests Defense Against the Dark Arts.

This cunning girl has slitted blue eyes and thick, curly, red hair, which she keeps back in a tight braid for convenience. She's thin, pale and looks faintly consumtive. Her long wand is practical in style, made of jarrah, with a core made of dragon heartstring. She's a big fan of Arithmancy and has a pet rat that she talks to constantly.

This young girl, unlike most other Balkers, works hard to achieve her goals, not content to simply dream about them. She has round brown eyes, and dark blonde, shoulder-length hair that is usually in a low (and short) ponytail. Tall and thin, her skin is tanned as she prefers to read and work outdoors. Her long wand is thick, made of maple, and has a core made of Hippocampus mane. Her favourite area of study is Charms.

Jasmine Haines, seventh year
This woman (as she considers herself to be far more mature than the rest of her peers) is flighty and rather jumpy. She has grey eyes and thick, curly, ash-blonde hair which falls past her shoulders. She's tall and curvy with a good tan. Her wand is elegant, made of cherrywood, and has a core made of powdered salamander claw. She is obsessed with magic for the purpose of prosperity. She's excellent at Potions.

Zoe Nakagawa, seventh year
This speedy girl is built more like a Seeker than a Chaser - she's small and slim, almost petite. Her dark brown hair is cut in a bob that curls around her chin, a short fringe falling to just above her arched eyebrows. Her eyes are dark brown. She's approachable, friendly and incredibly intelligent, favouring difficult subjects like Transfiguration and Arithmancy. Her slim, straight wand is made of blue gum with a griffin feather core.

Faintly arrogant and athletic, this boy has narrow eyes in a non-descript shade of green with short, tousled brown hair. He is of average height and has a slightly muscled build. Paul Burns, first year
This boy is playful and cheerful, with deep green eyes and ash-blonde hair that covers his ears. He's well-built for his age and is often mistaken for a third or fourth-year. He has a jarrah wand with dragon heartstring as its core. He despises History of Magic and has a pet rat.

Gwen O'Neil, third year
This confident and intelligent girl has deep-set brown eyes and fine, curly brown hair, usually worn in a loose ponytail. She's tall for her age, lithe, and deeply tanned. Her wand is blocky, made of poplar, and has a core made of unicorn tail hair. She's very fond of using magic to gain information. She plays as a reserve Keeper for Quidditch but isn't very good at it.
Sister of Ben O'Neil (Balker fifth)

Jay Phillips, third year
This mischievous boy is short and broad with strong arms and well-developed muscles for his age. He has the unflattering nickname of 'Tank'. He's freckly, with slightly curly brown hair and dark brown eyes, and his unusually short wand is made of mahogany with a dragon heartstring core. He's an almost stereotypically farm boy.

Ivy Berger, fourth year
A romantic at heart, this girl has gentle green eyes and thick, straight, chestnut hair, which she considers her favourite feature. She has dark skin and an upturned nose, and has a short, slim build which is yet to start developing. Her medium-length wand is simple, make of teak, and has a dragon heartstring core.

Kylie Hoyt, fourth year
This girl is so precise you can set your watch by her. Unfortunately, she's eternally - and precisely - five minutes late. To everything. Teachers have given up trying to correct this. Her eyes are a bright, clear blue and her blonde hair forms a frizzy halo around her pale face. Her eyebrows are fairly thick and her feet are larger than usual, but she's also rather small and petite. She has a long, thin wand, cedar, with a unicorn tail hair core. Her favourite subject is Transfiguration.

Jessica Cole, fifth year
This girl has a bit of an attitude problem, so it is probably lucky she plays on the Quidditch team as a Beater. Her system for who she likes seems quite random, but she is nevertheless friendly to most. Her dark blue eyes are bright, and her naturally light brown hair has been dyed pink; it's cut into a bob and has a fringe that is always falling into her eyes. She is both average in height and build, though she has more muscle in her arms than most girls her age. Her long wand is made of rowan, with a core of griffin horn.

Kyle Watanabe, fifth year
Creative, faintly hyperactive and affable to classmates and random strangers alike, this boy has almond-shaped dark eyes and shoulder-length, silky black hair tied back in a low ponytail. He's slightly below average height and has a narrow build with caramel-coloured skin. He has nearly non-existant eyebrows. His wand is finely-carved, made of maple, and has a core made of dragon heartstring. He is exceptionally bad when it comes to Charms.

This self-possessed young woman has a natural dominant streak, forming a gang around her with the cattier members of the year. She has naturally brown hair, magically bleached blonde, which she usually wears loose and flowing. She has brown eyes, carefully plucked eyebrows and usually wears a large amount of make-up. She is swift to take advantage of others if it will make her look better. Her long, flexible wand is made of willow, with a unicorn tail hair core. While not a natural scholar, she does have an aptitude for Defence Against the Dark Arts.

Miriam Alkana, seventh year
This playful and mischievous girl has wide grey eyes and long, straight black hair, usually worn back in a french braid. An enthusiastic swimmer, she's tall and wiry, with the impression of muscles in her arms and upper body. She's dark-skinned and has a largish nose. Her long wand is hard-wearing, made of poplar, and has a core made of unicorn mane. Her least favourite area of study is Divination.

This guy is an Astier who has no concept of punctuality and is just a little bit odd. He spends a lot of his time trying to make other people laugh, and while he is popular he is not aware that most of the time they are laughing at him. He has green eyes, cropped brown hair that sometimes has streaks of purple in it, and tanned skin. He's somewhat short, but has a wiry build and good reflexes. His wand is simple, made of beech, and has a core of dragon heartstring. He likes to use magic for the purpose of mischief only, and has a frog he named Armadillo.

Stefanie Eberhart, seventh year
Like her similarly-named inspiration, Stephanie Stidham, this pretty and energetic girl is of average height and compact build with long fingers, perfect for Seeking. She's freckled with true green eyes and has long, curly, honey-coloured hair. When on the pitch, she ties it back in a braid, but ordinarily it's worn loose. She usually goes by the nickname Steffi, and has a whippy oak wand with a phoenix feather core. Her best subject is Potions.

Dominic Smith, seventh year
Sensual and a bit of a flirt, he has blue puppydog eyes and curly blonde hair that frizzes around his face. In an attempt at masculinity, he's cultivating a goatee (which doesn't look good on a skinny blonde white boy). He has a long, thin wand that looks breakable, made of cherry wood and with a unicorn tail hair core. He abhors anything that involves getting dirty, like Herbology.

Danny Bell, second year
This insecure boy is short and skinny with wide blue eyes, and reminds people of a lost baby bird who really needs a hug. He has fine, curly brown hair that falls in his eyes a lot. His unusually short wand is delicate, made of mahogany, and has a core made of griffin feather. He is exceptionally good when it comes to Potions.
Brother of Paige Bell (Nasken fifth)

Angelique Bellerose, third year
This rather intimidating girl is has narrow, chocolate-brown eyes that look perpetually suspicious. Her curly black hair is short and is worn in a businesslike, utilitarian style. She is tall for her age, and has a muscular build. Her skin is deeply-tanned. She has a high forehead and a small mouth. Her wand is whippy, made of beechwood, and has a core made of unicorn tail hair. She is exceptionally bad when it comes to Defense Against the Dark Arts and despises her name.

Laura Anderson, fifth year
This girl's intelligence and temper can be seen in her slanted grey eyes; she always seems to be angry at the world and takes it out by various destructive actions. Her naturally-red hair is dyed black and she has a multitude of piercings; nose, labret, tongue, belly button, eyebrow and several in her ears. She takes them all out while she's playing Quidditch, of course. She's snappish and can be quite harsh. Her wand is thirteen inches, cherry, with a core of phoenix tail feather.

This particularly energetic girl has wide blue eyes and thick red hair with a slight wave to it, usually pulled back severely in a tight bun. She's graceful, with an elegant nose and creamy skin. Her wand is thin, made of ash, and has a phoenix feather core.

Colin Montague, fifth year
This boy is eternally on the prowl for companionship. He has droopy, chocolate-brown eyes and thick, wavy blonde hair, falling to his chin. He is short and wide-chested with ruddy skin. This lanky boy, usually going by his nickname Zac, is relaxed and cheerful, if not particularly driven. He is willing to take things as they come. He has dark hair that's lightened to a dark red and dark eyes. There is a small scar over one eyebrow from a fall off his broom as a child. He has a long, whippy wand made of black she-oak with a unicorn tail-hair core, and a pet boobook owl named Henry.

Lila Neal, sixth year
This generous girl seems too nice to associate with the girls she associates with, although this is, in fact, a front. She has wide, beguiling blue eyes, and curly blonde hair which she usually pins up, trying to invoke the porcelain doll effect. It's somewhat ruined by her short, broad build, strong jaw, farmer's tan and large hands. Her wand is thick, made of birch, and has a hippogriff tail hair as a core. She is a natural at Transfiguration and has a serious crush on Ciaran Ranier.

Megan Taylor, sixth year
This friendly girl is built fairly heavily, but is good at fashion and manages to choose flattering outfits. She has fine, white-blonde hair that she ties back in a short plait and a long fringe that falls over her blue-grey eyes. She has a barn owl named Fauly and her wand is short, made of acacia and has a phoenix feather core.

Ele Branston, seventh year
Elenwe Johans-Branston – or Ele Branston, as she prefers to be called – is a Nasken seventh-year. She has only been at Wolfshaw since her sixth year, previously attending Hogwarts. She has long, dirty-blonde hair, brown eyes and fake-tanned skin. She is extraordinarily arrogant and is known best for thinking every boy wants to be her boyfriend. She is rather average at all her subjects but retains an opinion that she was the best in her year at Hogwarts, as well as the best looking girl. Her jaw is rather square, her nose wide and her eyebrows a thick. She was on the Quidditch team last year but didn't make it in again.
