WK is set in 1996.
No Invader Zim, internet was still pretty much in its infancy...ect.

Muggle items are useless on the property.
Electronics are nearly useless in and around WK. Nearly a decade later, people will tell you that cellphones recieve no signal, but for now, its mostly a matter of radio signals and batteries being drained by ghostly activity.

WK is not Semi, or just Literate. We are Advanced, and we're proud of it.
