Ok everyone, I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 and I really want to be able to blend pictures like in the blending tutorial, but I keep getting stuck at step 5, the feathering part. I did everything it said, and nothing happened, nothing was feathered or softened. Is there a button you press after you draw the elipitical marquee tool on? I've tried everything and nothing is working. Can someone please help me?
