July 17th, 2010 - 20th January, 2011.

... And that’s the end of that chapter.

We had a good run, ladies and gentlemen, but the time has come to confine the history of this fed to the great book of ‘What if...’ and move on with our lives. I was disappointed to come online and see that, quite literally overnight the fed had pretty much lost its heart and soul. I mean, of course, Addy, who was the driving force behind practically everything that you’ve seen happening here. Without him, it would never have been half of what it could have been and probably would have died soon after the first pay-per-view. I feel angry at a few people who made his life difficult because he worked hard to deliver excellent shows every week, he organised it all and, frankly, was at his very best as an admin – something I’ve come to expect from him over the years. If you don’t share this opinion then, as far as I’m concerned, you didn’t appreciate WWE Resurgence. Much love, Addy... you’re a complete legend in this horrible, horrible world of e-fedding and deserved to go out so much better.

To Marty and Ash; thank you. You have been excellent and have done your jobs perfectly. We knew you would and that’s why you were chosen, you became part of the furniture of the fed. Again, much love for you guys and your great work.

To the match writers; thank you for some great work. We may have had our differences (I’m talking to you, Dustin) but we soldiered on and I truly felt the fed would march into WrestleMania and put on one of the finest shows possible. We rocked at Starrcade and no doubt we were going to blow everybody’s minds with the Royal Rumble... I’m sure ‘Mania would have had a few people’s heads exploding with the quality.

And finally, to the members; you’re an amazing, crazy bunch and we loved you all. You drove us insane with your complaining and your requests for an auto-refreshing cbox (seriously, I’m a poor student!) but you were one of the best OOC communities we ever worked with and you could back it up with great effort in your writing. We had some amazing moments together and I’m heartbroken to end this place, but it needs to be done.

This has been incredible, but it’s over as far as I’m concerned. I’ve enjoyed the ride, from the low points to the high points, it has been great and you’ve all helped us make an amazing place that could (and should) have gone much longer... but I’m not dragging it on, because I can’t do this alone and it’ll never be the same without Addy.

I don’t really know how to end this, it’s tough because with each line I’m delaying the eventual moment I click to turn the board offline. I’m done though... so good luck to everybody in your future endeavours and we may indeed cross paths again one day soon.
