Hey all I'm reading the Cbox currently. I think JM has a good idea. In order to get this place active again maybe this is what needs to happen:
1. Cut down on the belts. Currently we don't have enough active RPers so maybe one or two belts would be just fine. I would say cut the Women's Belt, the tag team belt ( we obviously don't have a tag team division anymore) and the European Belt. Bring them back when there are enough ppl RPing. So that would leave only two belts. Two belts is more than enough for the amount of ppl we currently have here.
2. Have a four match card. John was right in that anybody who thinks they deserve to be here better get their asses moving and RP. The best RPers and the ones who RP the most should be on the show. It looks bad when you book someone who doesn't RP for a show or who doesn't show up that often.
3. Get rid of the Open Rumble. IDK, this really doesn't help at all if nobody EVER signs up for it and/or thinks it is a waste of time.
4. There are currently a Three Strikes you are out rule for those who don't RP. We should ditch that rule and make it a 2 strikes rule. I don't like deadwood either and we seem to have a lot of it. Having a two strikes rule would certainly cut the deadwood even quicker.
5. There is a rule that says: all players must have 2-3 characters per player. Can that rule be broken for the time being? I know we are all busy. Can we have 5-6 characters per person just so this place LOOKS active. But YOU, as an RPer have to agree to be active with at least 2 characters. I know this is hard for some ppl to have more than one character but this would require you to stretch your mind a little bit and play more roles and have more chances at doing something. It's not THAT bad if two of your characters are in a feud. Or both characters are going after the same belt. ONe would eventually get it.
6. I know it's hard to run a promotion/federation by yourself but at this point, with WCW being like it is, maybe we don't need a WHOLE board. Maybe just one president and one other person worthy enough to do admin stuff and vote on matches. Maybe not even vote but be present enough to help out with admin stuff on the board. Which means when it comes time to vote for the winners, there will only be one person voting: the president. There isn't enough ppl out there, and with only 4 matches, to bring in more ppl on for the Board.
Anyway, these are only ideas and suggestions from things I have seen from this federation and other federations. When I think of more I'll add them. In the meantime, if you have your own ideas, thoughts, suggestions, opinions, complaints or comments add those too. Or maybe ideas on how you would run a federation. If you did that, who knows, someone upstairs maybe listening to you.

ACtually, could we get a headcount on who is actually active and who isn't? Maybe this will give us a better perspective on how to do cards, shows, RPs and PPVs. If you are active (and you know it raise your hand...lol j/k) show this by adding a reply to this and some times and days on when you are most active or can be most active.
For myself: I work now 2 - 3 days a week. Usually either Wed and Friday or Thurs and Saturday. I'm on my feet for 6 hrs straights on those two days so I'm usually very tired and my work is now putting me in the afternoons between 12 and 8. This means you WON"T hear from me after 7:00PM on the days I work. I can pretty much guarantee if you RP against me, I WILL do an RP just to keep things going.
