I only know FK Ventspils in Latvia. We had them here in Bergen some years ago in the UEFA qualify, and some of us went down to them for the away match.
Football dont really seem to be a big thing there, as well as the atmosphere in stadiums.
Ventspils have one group, I guess +-50 lads.

That's why I'm wondering since our trip to Lithuania last summer. Tauras was nothing, but I think Zalgiris Vilnius isn't really bad for a small club like that. So I'm wondering how the situation is in Latvia, maybe equal.
