In my opinion it is Partizan-Zvezda, but only because it is a local derby.

I know the Partizan - Delije rivalry often involves lots of fighting, but is it also a rivalry between the two best TIFO groups in the country?

Every person who comes to Bulgaria and sees 2 football games Levski Sofia and CSKA Sofia and then travel to Plovdiv and see the game Botev Plovdiv - Lokomotiv Plovdiv will say that the derby in Plovdiv is far greater than the one in Sofia...you can never say what the final result will be no matter if the one team is weak and the other good these things just dont count...if you want pictures from different games Ill post....for example the last derby...Botev score for 1:0 in the beggining of the game then Lokomotiv score and make it 1:1 then a penalty makes it 1:2 for Lokomotiv after that another penalty makes it 2:2 and in the end of the match 3:2 for Botev Plovdiv it cant be explained you just have to see it!!!

This is the greatest derby in Bulgaria...i cant say about any other derby on the Balkans because i havent seen any when you watch it on tv or see pictures is not the same as being there!

I won't say anything for the Romanians and Bulgarians because I don't know much about their derbies, surely they have good stuff, but I think they can't cope with the three I first mentioned...

@Curva Nord:Grobari(Partizan) and Dellije(Red Star) are definitely best tifo groups in the country. Great pyro, support, visual impression and, of course, fighting.
The only problem is that Grobari are in a conflict with the club board and they are boycotting for nearly two years now....

Steaua - Dinamo, Red Star - Partizan and Panathinaikos - Olimpiakos are all equally explosive for me. They're in the top 10 of the world as well.

There used to be a good city derby in Slovenia between Olimpija Ljubljana-Maribor,but since Olimpija dissolved (I think so,at least :aight ),derby has vanished

For me most explosive derby is Zrinjski-Velež. It is special because of political and national tensions. The wounds of the war are still fresh and that is reason why this derby is always accompanied by riots and violence.

Velež is club with famous history and big tradicy, club won cup of Yugoslavia twice. But today Velež is provincial club which ends seasons in the middle of table. So Velež don't represents strong club which was once. Velez's fans called Red Army Mostar are left-winged and they are mostly Bosniaks.

Zrinjski is club with big tradicy too. It was formed in 1905 and it is the oldest football club in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After World War II, in 1945 the Yugoslavian communist government banned Zrinjski. Zrinjski was affected with that and the club was not allowed to operate for 47 years (1945-1992). After Bosnia and Herzegovina became independent state, Zrinjski was reestablished. This happened in 1992 in Međugorje. Today, Zrinjski is van of the strongest teams in league. Zrinjski's fans called Ultras-Zrinjski are right-winged and they are mostly Croats.

Da, Velez - Zrinjski je sigurno najveci derbi na Balkanu. Ako ne najveci, onda sigurno ima najvecu tradiciju. Vec desetak godina ta masa od 5.000 ljudi dvaput godisnje pravi atmosferu kakva ne moze da se vidi ni u Juznoj Americi.

a jbg. nije najveci to je sigurno. jer ne moze se mjeriti sa dinamo-hajduk, zvedza-partizan. ali on je poseban eto po tim nacionalnim i politickim tenzijama! :correct
