The new area was pretty decent against Malmo, unfortunately it was filled with a lot of daytrippers which brought the atmosphere down a bit.

Nobody is saying celtic's 'huddle' is unique but it was in the UK and was long before Man Citys attempts.

We (the GB) don't have a warped view of ourselves at all. We are what we are. A small, very small really, group working in some of the most difficult conditions around. A group working against some of the hardest and strictest policing and health and saftey measures anywhere on the continent.

A group working in a country where theres been a generation gap regarding fans. Where between the late 80's, early 90's up until the last few years, the supports in the country were at an all time low and most fans still going to games had next to no mentality.

So we are what we are. A small group doing very decently in difficult circumstances. A group that in every aspect, tifo, vocals, mentality, has been bringing scenes to scotland unseen in many a year. The very fact that no other group in scotland, and maybe only one in england has got anywhere near, says it all. :correct

The cards look good to me, nothing wrong with that action at all. And nobody said we were the first to do the greques for fucksake. We were first to bring it to scotland, yes, thats all. The reason we brought it here was because it suits our support.....we knew it would take off with our support. The reason the rangers lot do it??? I don't know. Re foreign supports, HSV were ok, nothing special. The celtic away support over in hamburg pissed all over them compared to what they had here. Utrecht were average and our section more than had them vocally......helped with our support taking to our songs aswell. (Our support join in often, hence 50,000 huddles, etc whereas the rangers support don't want to know you). ;)

But dealing with away supports here. Its very fucking simple, even for simple people like yourself. :lol:

If Malmo had 3,000 - then you couldn't fault the rangers 'groups'. For all we know the rangers groups could have been trying like fuck, but being only 3/400 handed against 3,000 is an uphill struggle if the rest of the rangers support don't join in. ;) However...Malmo were 300 handed. :blink: Therefore, theres no excuses whatsoever. Your section outnumbered them. They owned you. :lol:

Now if rangers get through to next round and draw someone who bring 2,000. Fair enough, nobody could have a go at your 'groups' vocally because numbers arent in your favour. Weve been doing it going back years. The very video in this thread of it against livingston is a few years back....and we didn't have a section then either. ;)

What we did have was an area of the ground that we flooded with bodies, and made the best of what we could with it but it wasn't a proper section like we have now. Still didnt stop us doing and trying things that weve introduced.

The green brigade are not all they are cracked up to be. I feel a lot of arrogance coming from them when I read their forum as well.

They put on some cracking displays though and with the amount of celtic fans jumping on the bandwagon I think they should be epxanding the section in a massive way. 17,000 people are on their forum, they could have a huge section of a few thousand.

To be honest though if you compare GB to SU... the GB have a huge stadium and have millions of fans along with being one of the top two clubs in scotland, success has always been theirs... SU on the other hand are a small football club with little history and yet manage to do some good stuff despite limited resources.
