First to the shoe thing: I think they were used for handclaps, just as a joke. I only knew it from St. Pauli, but perhaps it was adapted from somewhere else.

Braunschweigs banner is directed to the other ultrà group from Braunschweig (UB), they don`t like each other and it`s a bit sarcastic cause CABS are calling UB wessi-ultras although they are from western germany themselves (it`s a bit like a inner-german "hate" between eastern and western german groups), and yes, the match was played in eastern germany, haha
Dresden vs Burghausen: banner for supporting the old name of dresdens stadium
Union vs Cottbus: banner against restrictions of the number of banners/or spots, where they are restricted, e.g. over commercial bonds
Bielefeld: up and down all the time (cause they`re changing the league every year)
