France: More and more fans arrested - 29/09/2009
Source Le figaro
According to an internal memo from the Ministry of Interior, 623 arrests have taken place on the sidelines of the football season 2008/2009. This figure increased 22% from the previous season.
The arrests outside the France championship football multiply. Then they decreased significantly over the past three seasons (570 arrests in 2005/2006, 562 in 2006/2007 and 485 in 2007/2008), an internal report of Ministry of Interior that could see Lefigaro.fr reported 623 arrests last year. This figure increased by 22.15% over the previous season.
In detail, 523 arrests were made outside the Ligue 1 (84%) and 100 for the League 2 (16%). 327 administrative prohibition stages have also been imposed. Moreover, since the resumption of the championships last August 5, the police have made 95 arrests. The Department memorandum noted in particular that 65% of these arrests took place outside the stadium.
Scuffles between rival fans, throwing projectiles, use of smoke ... The same report also focuses on fifteen "significant incidents" since the beginning of the 2009/2010 season. During the first day of Ligue 1, the "ultras" Montpellier attacked supporters in Paris: the victim of a jet bottle, one of them has lost the sight in one eye. On the fourth day, the match Nice-Montpellier has been interrupted and 150 fans were evicted after fire bomb farm. Similar situation at the sixth day at the Grenoble-Rennes match ... In conjunction with the fifth day of a bus in Marseille fans who traveled to Le Mans was attacked by a commando of fifteen armed men "a rest area near Paris. An operation that claimed by both supporters in Paris.
Rama Yade "deeply shocked"
A series of incidents that must be added the savage aggression Brice Taton in Belgrade, a young bear Toulouse, died Tuesday after battling against death for several days. "We must continue our fight across Europe against individuals who use football to perpetrate acts of gratuitous violence," responded Michel Platini, UEFA President, denouncing a "terrible crime". 'Deeply shocked' by the multiplication of incidents since the resumption of the championship, the Secretary of State for Sports, Rama Yade, said last week make the fight against violence in stadia his "priority". The strengthening of police force that Brice Hortefeux to announce Wednesday could help tackle the problem.

France: Hortefeux reveal plan antihooligans
Source : Le Figaro
The interior minister must announce the creation of a specialized service.
"We can no longer tolerate a situation where fathers are afraid to take their children to matches." Brice Hortefeux wants, he said, "eradicate violence from stadiums. After the death of a young supporter attacked Toulouse in Serbia, the Interior Minister will convene Wednesday afternoon in Paris all the prefects of departments involved in this, in the presence - and that's a first - employers of the leading clubs in Ligue 1 football at PSG Marseille via Lyon and Grenoble.
Already, 1,000 additional police officers and gendarmes were deployed around the stadium early in the season. In total, mobile forces assigned to the security of these events reached 6,000. Reinforcements are coming from Public Safety.
This branch of the uniformed police will also welcome a new specialty cons hooligans. His mission: to target the leaders, estimated at 500 in France, and hurry on sites at risk matches teams of experts anticipate the case with local clubs and help in decision making hot, like the new task force sent in suburbs in crisis.
Legislative amendments
A note to which access has been Le Figaro reported fifteen incidents since the start of the season: "brawls" of Grenoble in Saint-Etienne, "a bomb farm" drawn from the stands at a Nice-Montpellier , bus supporters "riddled with bullets" by extremists, with occasional attacks of "commandos" into service stations, as well as numerous fights, these fights "at the fair" organized via the Internet. In Nice, fans tried to invade the cells of the rostrum. The club had declined in the first proposal of police intervention ...
"The height, carried away near the minister, that the law prohibits the entry of fireworks in the stadium, but no legislation prohibiting their use if they are still introduced "" Another flaw: The ban judicial stage are not necessarily accompanied by an obligation to point to the police during the games. "We will fix it," says the host of the Place Beauvau. If required by amendments inserted into the Act on Estrosi bands, discussed in the Senate soon.

Creation of a police anti-hooligan: Ultras are tired of being mistaken for thugs
Source : 20Minutes.fr
The Interior Ministry announced the creation of the National Division of the fight against hooliganism
To fight against violence in stadiums, the authorities have finally chosen the path of firmness. Wednesday in the wake of the death of Brice Taton, Toulouse attacked a fan during a match his team in Serbia, the Interior Minister summoned the prefects to announce the creation of a new police service specializing in the fight against hooligans. A mission: identify people most violent and better coordinate police forces responsible for security around the stadium (6,000 men).
Attitudes increasingly repressive that do not always understand the supporters' groups. Including the Ultras, the most loyal fans that populate the corners and who increasingly feel all taken for hooligans whose sole purpose is violence. "Again, these measures will contribute to all the fans in the same bag, confirms Christian Cataldo, president of the Dodgers, a group of supporters of the OM. It's good to want to eradicate violence in the stadiums but the majority suffers action taken against a minority. "
Do not get the wrong target
Since the high-profile case of anti-banner Ch'tis final of the League Cup in 2008, the stadium bans multiply and fan groups have the distinct impression that you type into the pile to make figure. "The authorities confuse entertainment forums and violence. When I see the number of people banned from stadiums for three months because of some smoke. And soon it will be a year ... "Elise fever, bear Bordeaux. To show their anger, groups of supporters had demonstrated on several occasions last season, displaying in the gallery of banners. "Freedom for Ultras". "In addition, they often identify the culprits with cameras and condemn the wrong person," outbid Maenza Federico, president of Mastiffs Lille. According Lefigaro.fr, 623 arrests have taken place on the sidelines of the football season 2008/2009. This figure increased 22% from the previous season. On Monday, a supporter of Nice has been sentenced to eight months in prison, two strong and five-year ban on stage (IDS) for throwing an explosive device during the match Nice-Montpellier.
Unclear whether this repressive policy, misunderstood by the Ultras is effective against the real troublemakers. "Personally I feel that the hooligan problem has fallen markedly since the early 90s, said Federico Maenza. During a season, it 's more than a game or two where it is a little warm. "Some incidents have again marred the weekend league this season. Games interrupted in Nice and Grenoble due to explosive devices (bombs farm, manure, etc.) in Montpellier, a supporter of Paris was the victim of a stream of bottles and lost the use of an eye ... "A Valenciennes, there has been heated by Valenciennes outside the stadium. In fact I mostly feel that the police present around the stadium will repel the violence away from the speakers' analysis Caltado. On the fifth day, a bus from Marseille supporters was attacked by a commando group of about fifteen people at a rest area near Paris.

Football fan remembered in Toulouse and Belgrade - 01/10/2009
Source : Radio France Internationale
Toulouse supporters paid a moving tribute to Brice Taton during their Europa League match against Club Brugge on Thursday night.
Taton died on Tuesday after suffering brain damage when he was attacked by fans of opposition side Partizan Belgrade on 17 September, prior to Toulouse’s match in the Serbian capital.
Further demonstrations against violence are planned in Belgrade on Friday after Serbian President Boris Tadic called for the “toughest possible measures” to be handed down against those responsible for Taton’s death. Tadic was speaking on Thursday as he laid flowers in memory of Taton in Belgrade.
"It is very important to identify groups behind these violent acts, those inspiring these groups and ideas that inspire violence in our society," Tadic said, adding that violence "leads to fascism."
"Not a single group must create an atmosphere of violence, because it is precisely such atmospheres that lead to tragedies such as the murder of Brice Taton.”
French Sports Minister Rama Yade travelled to Serbia after Thursday was declared a day of mourning in Belgrade. An estimated 5,000 people later gathered for a protest march in the centre of the city, carrying candles and a single red rose each.
Taton, 28, was one of two Toulouse supporters hurt when they were attacked in a bar before their side’s 3-2 victory over Partizan Belgrade. The second French fan has been released from hospital. Belgrade police have arrested ten people in connection with the incident.
Meanwhile, several people were injured in Timisoara, Romania on Thursday night, following scuffles between rival supporters ahead of the Europa League match between FC Timisoara and Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb. Fourteen Romanians and 16 Croatians were detained by police.

France: Supporters violent, war is declared
Source: www.lunion.presse.fr/
After the death of a bear attacked Toulouse in Serbia, Brice Hortefeux announced the creation of a national division of the fight against hooliganism to target the leaders and better coordinate intelligence. In conjunction with the 2008/2009 season, 623 arrests have taken place in France and 327 administrative stadium bans have been imposed. Since the resumption of Ligue 1 and 2, 95 supporters have been arrested. Can we talk about hooliganism in the region dominated by football fan? Probably not. Still, lawns and around the stadiums of the Aisne, the Marne and the Ardennes are not spared by the violence of the fans but also players.
"Fight" in Reims, Troyes clashes
Violence in and around the stadium is not just the clubs in League 1 and League 2. In National, the Stade de Reims had to deal with some aggressive and violent fans.
In February, a "fight" (fight) violently opposed twenty young Metz to Reims fifty in the park Léo Lagrange. "We came to the game but also for a fight," said one supporter of Metz at the helm of the court. Result: 500 euro fine and a year stadium ban.
"These are not hard drives"
New "brilliant stroke" supporters Reims in August. That day, the "Ultrems" instruct their congeners Troyes ... At Troyes. The confrontation lasted fifteen minutes. Eighteen fans at the Stade de Reims are placed in custody. As authorized by the law of January 2006, the Prefect of the Marne calls for a ban of the stadium for three months to six of them.
The record of these offenders is still under investigation. For the other twelve prefecture "plans" to launch the same procedure.
Despite the recurrence of such incidents, Jacques
Fillols, director of the organization and security of the Stade de Reims, refuses to talk about hooliganism and asks both hands not to equate "These are not hard drives but young, some minor who do not return to the stage when Justice went through. "
In listening, cooperation with law enforcement is beginning to bear fruit: "For several months now, there's firecrackers, to smoke or broken seats. Gradually, the problem is under control. "
At regional level, we also beg not to mix everything.
Jean-Claude Hazeau, president of the regional football league, assures that everything is done to "apprehend the most serious situations" but adds that person "is not immune to a guy who freaks out."
For Frédéric Hamelin, head of Foot Citoyen, an association chaired by journalist Didier Roustan, the final solution to violence is through a radical change in mentality and a return to "true values" of the sport.
Otherwise, he warns, football will pay one day this poor image by reducing its licensors.

Hooliganism not died 32 years later?
After the death of the young Toulouse in Belgrade, the Ministry of Interior has decided to create a police force to fight against hooliganism after a meeting attended by the prefects and representatives of departments concerned with the Ligue 1. "The new tool strengthens the existing system by developing coordination between the county for a better exchange of information and operational approach to risk matches.
Without wishing to nudge, Saint-Etienne in the field, some experience. Lime Sebastian said that two police officers at the Provincial Directorate of Public Security, are deployed to monitor the games, security inside the stadium and the displacement of fans outside. On the other hand, the local culture will be an ongoing dialogue is established between the club and its stewards, police, justice, which often responds in terms of immediate appearance (former flagrante delicto) with jets of smoke by example. Other partners also play the game as the STAS (with links Footbus) or SNCF, "In Saint-Etienne, we achieved a good balance" summarizes Sebastian Lime, even if new forms of violence may occur such as supporters against their own club.
For Stéphanois Pierre Eynard, retired policeman and follows the years since the phenomenon of hooliganism, the new brigade may be beneficial. "I do not see the benefits because it will depend on the central management of public safety. It will remain so in the same body which will facilitate contacts with DDSP (Departmental Directorate of Public Security). That may cons that this brigade is composed of specialists familiar with the problem of violence in football, they have both the means, time to meet their objectives. But it is a central core, careful not to antagonize the local ... "

Seven people arrested in the city and around the stadium and one wounded to lament
All for a stolen banner...in 1999! That year, the Stéphanois had fractured the local Butte Paillade and stole "precious" sesame ultimate challenge in the codified world of "ultras". Since then, groups of supporters devote a persistent hatred. Therefore this meeting Montpellier, Saint-Etienne was classified at risk (1) and that is why incidents occurred in the Patch, yesterday afternoon, then on the outskirts of La Mosson with a balance sheet, 22: 30 pm, seven arrests and injuries. On stage, however, it was a good party, even beautiful, with a game that has delighted some 23 000 spectators.
To anticipate potential problems, the prefecture had put the package in terms of numbers, more than against PSG in August, where fighting had been particularly harsh. Three hundred policemen have been mobilized (180 mobile policemen, 80 CRS, 40 officers of the brigade anti-crime) to monitor two particular groups of 'ultras' from the forez, the Green Angels and Magic Fans.
The concern being that they had initially planned to go to the beach - their drivers did not want to - before deciding to go enjoy the city center.
Meanwhile, the provocations and threats had proliferated on blogs supporters. And place Jean-Jaures, a brawl broke out among the crowd on Saturday between 50 and 80 fans Montpellier had decided to do battle with their rivals. The police had to use their flash-ball to disperse them. A Stéphanois was wounded by a blow with an iron bar to the head causing the arrest of two Montpellier fans. Despite the tension, no new incidents have been reported. Two others were arrested Héraultais PAGEZY Street, near the cars of fans of the ASSE, for giving a kick against the buses and engaging in insults. Before the stadium, they are three Stéphanois who were arrested, a father and son who were drunk and who rebelled, and the leader of the Magic Fans, again for the insults. They missed the game but they were released after the meeting.

France: Sedan - Tours - (Charleroi Belgium) - 16/10/2009
Source: mail
Previous week Sedan played a home friendly game against a belgian team, Charleroi.
Charleroi hardcore didn't made this non-interesting game but a few normal fans made the trip.
As about 10 of them were outside a pub, about 30 locals, some with weapons, assaulted this group. Two visitors were transfered at hospital and when they came back at their cars, some were damaged with "Young Boys" signs.
When Charleroi Boys'91 heard about these events they decived they pay a visit to Sedan one week later against Tours.
So about 45 belgian hooligans made the trip to Sedan and spotted the local main boozer but when they tried to reach this pub, police arrived from everywhere, stopping them.
Charleroi lads stood there for a while, waiting locals but police wasn't happy with that and talked about arresting and using flash-balls.
One week later Sedan action was really poor but this time they're weren't there..No bollocks, small mentality, small mob.

Montpellier: Supporters worthy real hooligans - 20/10/2009
Source: Midi Libre
Reminder: Saturday, a violent brawl broke out. Montpellier fans had prepared the punitive expedition. Disturbing
"I have never seen violence like that, that people break of Montpellier in Montpellier, this is unacceptable! "Mohand, the patron of the bar Le Petit Ness, place Jean-Jaures, still can not. Saturday afternoon, he was one of the witnesses clashes between fans in the city center, a few hours of the match between Montpellier Saint-Etienne. "They arrived with scarves in line like an army with bats baseball. There were thirty or forty, they were locals and they spotted Stéphanois who drank shots on the terrace. They shouted: "Stéphanois!" and they have their dark above. "The boss and his employees were then rescued two young people from the Ardeche to support the ASSE (Association Sportive de Saint-Etienne). They even collected people in the bar while the "barbarians" threw flares and firecrackers farm. One Stéphanois was wounded in the head, not serious, but the worst has been avoided. Including through the intervention of the police Tray (anti-crime brigade) who still fired a dozen shots of flash-ball to escape the attackers.
The previous days already, fans of both clubs had "lit" on the Internet, multiplied insults and go to "Castagna". This was not a bluff. The reason: a hatred for old banner stolen by Forézien, the ultimate challenge among Ultras ...
Side sainté, dozens of fans have arrived in town, already drunk, and they continued to drink in big proportions. "In twenty-five years, I've almost never seen it. Almost all of the 450 Stéphanois was drunk, was a saoulographie group and we had no legal way to stop them from going into town, "reflects the lawyer Pierre-Marie Grapple, which handles Safety MHSC. In Crest, some retailers have dropped their Iron Curtain and the stands of the Comedy Store have folded invitation of the police, for the arrival of hordes of fans.
Fans of the Greens, framed by the mobile policemen from downtown to the station, have certainly increased the martial songs and insults. But their counterparts in Montpellier concern seriously turning into real hooligans in perspective and sensitivity to battle (see below). Who are they? A marginal fringe lovers Montpellier-Herault. Some witnesses present place Jean-Jaures evoke caps Armata Ultras group, even if members of the club deny any involvement.
"This is not the traditional Butte. There are some twisted and more excited to go Armata Ultras but there was no certain evidence, says Mr. Grapple. What is certain is that we will not let anything go, it's not fifty people that we are rotting life. On the side of the Butte Paillade, the main supporters club, the condemnation of the incidents is clear: "We can not condone it, then we fight not to be regarded as savages. The manhunt, it is useless, it helps to bury us and that is not the time, "responds Bouba, vice-president.

Written by VinzOM PSG (Auteuil side):
Despite the delay of the match 400 Supras/ATKS/Grinta/lambda from Auteuil (and some Wilde Horde Koln supras' friends) reached Marseille and arrived at Gare Saint-Charles avoiding the police escort. Marseille ultras (fanatics) were prevent that we arrived. We decided to walk on Boulevard d'Athenes, maybe 150 (lambda) stayed at the station. For maybe 30 minutes we messed up the street, we didn't see any Marseille ultras, the people who were against us were the people of the hot hood we were in: Belsunce. they were running on every charge but they were more and more. no physical contact only thrown objects. Still no Marseille ultras, only Belsunce guys defending there hood with a lot of will but with no rules, what we can understand because they are not ultras or hools. so after 30 minutes They were a lot, and and we were a bit less than at the begining of the Boulevard. At that moment something happened, for sure its the worst thing i have seen in my "supporter life": a car charged us, very fast and hit one of us who flew 10 meters aways, everybody is stunned, we all thought he was dead. At that time we are maybe 150 under a rain of objects trying to help the guy and this is that moment the Marseille guys decided to charge us for the first time, with a lots of weapons. we ran back. people who were helping the injured guy are attacked with knifes and lynched, even the injured who coulnd't move, it is a miracle that he is alive today. Back at Gare Saint-Charles the cops were here and stopped the riots, We ended the afternoon receiving different objects and took a train back to Paris.
So yesterday Paris (Auteuil & Boulogne, ultras & hools) did something Marseille never did and will surely never do: show up at the enemy without any police escort. Personally i haven't seen a lot of Marseille ultras, not stadium people, just local thugs. Maybe they were at the Vieux Port against Boulogne and Karsud. I think we did a big mistake going to Belsunce because it was impossible to have an acceptable opposition with rules there, but is that possible in Marseille? I don't think so...
Marseille is a dangerous city fulled by cowards.

"The police allowed supporters to fight '- 26/10/2009Source: Sport 10
Stéphane Mantey, 43, a photographer for the team. He signed the photo clashes OM-PSG. It tells us the wings of this story that sends shivers down your back.

"Saturday evening, I covered the team for the match Nice-Lyon. I drive to Marseille where I learned of the postponement of the match. I went directly to Gare Saint-Charles. At 15 hours, the atmosphere was calm, fairly good child. No scuffle regretted. I waited a TGV headed towards Paris with Parisian fans. The newspaper called me and asked me to go to the Commandery, which Jean-Claude Dassier would hold a news conference. On the way up to the Place Castellane, because I met a cop who darkens sirens wailing to St. Charles. I immediately turned around, feeling the atmosphere tensed.
The area was cordoned off, completely blocked the view. I parked at 1.5 kilometers from the station and walked. I found myself with horror at the heart of the battle. I found that the police allowed supporters to fight them. They did not intervene. I was among the two groups of supporters. The picture of the guy in striped sweater throwing knife is outstanding. I did not see right away that he had a knife. On other pictures I've taken, we also see a guy pulling one back before the start of the supporters, others remove the garbage and send them to waltz. Again, the police allowed the situation to fester.
It was a real street fight. The two groups of supporters continued down the stairs at the station. Here, finally, the police intervened and sent tear gas to disperse the crowd. Rarely, I also was afraid when a story. The last similar case: during Euro 2000, during fighting between German and English fans. Here, some insulted me, treated me for motherfucker. "Stop taking pictures," they ordered me. I took my best Marseilles accent and said: "I work for La Provence! "

Testimony by one ultras of Auteuil
Source: The Post
After the incidents in the match OM-PSG Sunday, The Post came in contact with Bruno (who preferred to change his surname), an ultra Parisian present at Marseille.
This used the turn Auteuil Parc des Princes has been moved 7 times in the velodrome. "But this year is the first time I see it" tells us he says. Narrative:
Arriving in Marseille
"We are 8 bus turn Auteuil to be left Paris around 1:30 Sunday morning, about 500 supporters.Side 13h, then we are an hour from Marseille, we learn the news of the postponement of the match. A quick meeting highway rest area between leaders of the group curve. we still decide to continue to Marseilles, history of 'show we're coming', and then leave by train.
At 15h, all buses are parked. We debunked on the front of the Gare Saint-Charles. And, surprise, no police presence! 20 CRS at best, or nothing ... "
The tension a notch
"Once on the forecourt of the station, chanting anti-Marseille start flying. Our guys are increasingly boiling. It is 500 Parisians released in Marseille with no cop to watch us. The first ever 'The 200 ultras the more 'hot' stand and go in procession on boulevard Dugommier, leading to downtown. We are moving grouped, smoke on, everything is offensive to passers-by and residents. On our side, helping group effect, the thugs come into action. shop windows, bus shelters, sidewalk restaurants: everything goes in a very short time. But once we reached the Canebière axis leading to the Old Port, this really degenerates. "
Scenes of guerrillas in the city center
"Residents at the beginning of the course taken by this influx, 'organized'. They gradually form small groups facing us and we send all their shots going to hand batteries prospectus, eggs, sticks wood, iron bars, knives, cutters ... the most up to face.
A guy from us is a cinder block thrown from a building. He'll miraculously with 18 stitches. One lady even threw a television on the second floor! Fortunately one below. At one point, another guy from us is a stroke of cutter in the back. He turns away and takes a face, the assailant ran away ... It's total chaos. "
A death narrowly averted
"Suddenly, at a crossing, a car voluntarily tumbling to 50 mph and struck a member of our group. It is a theft of several meters. At first, we said: 'He's dead." The Marseilles then rush over to him putting a volley of shots, making him the pocket shift. In the end, the guy just has a broken leg ... a miracle.
This episode is even more sparks to fly, especially in our camp. After a moment, we are afraid of being squeezed from all sides by the locals excited. We therefore decided to return to the station. "
CRS ghostly
"During all this time, no CRS on the horizon! In fact, since the beginning, we see in the distance, 500 meters behind the Marseilles we face. But they do not move and remain in the background ...
He spent at least an hour between the start of clashes and our return to St. Charles, where police presence is finally presented. Then we wait 3 hours in a 'lock' specially constructed at the station. At 20 hours, we are in a specially chartered TGV, and to 23 hours, we arrive at Gare de Lyon Paris. Where there countless police waiting for us on the dock ... "
How many were there Parisians supporters in Marseille on Sunday?
"500 of the turn Auteuil station, which must be added hundreds of independent Boulogne turn on the Old Port, and another hundred at Parc Chanot [next to the velodrome]."
It is far from the 2,000 announced a few days before the game ...
"Already, many had registered but did not come at the last minute. And then, at least a dozen cars were turned back at the announcement of the postponement. It should be noted that they were not all of Paris, but of all France. PSG has several sections of fans who travel each year at the Velodrome for this special game. "
Could we avoid these excesses?
"I do not know. Anyway, what is safe on our side is that we have called the prefect of the Bouches-du-Rhone immediately after the announcement of the postponement in order to receive an escort Once police arrived at Marseilles. In the end, nothing ... It was the impression we were left voluntarily without security in the streets of Marseilles. But that, I think we'll never know. .. "

From a french forum, written by 2 Boulogne guys:
"A match waited for several months
Differents lads teams (Boulogne & Karsud) arrived the saturday night near to Marseilles. We all gathered at 15h in the Vieux Port, we are 150 Parisiens and guests, the thing began very fast with local thugs. the cops are here and spray everybody (flashball, lacrymo,...) The half of the Paris group is surrounded by the cops and the other half stay here and mix with the population, some people pretend they are just tourists (Fc Seville laugh). Cops are everywhere so we began to scatter. We learn that it's burning at Gare Saint-Charles so some of us decided to go there. We arrived and saw an hallucunating show: Auteuil have the all Boulevard wide and echange everything and anything with the hood youth, there is no cops. Marseille group grows more and more its now the all hood against Auteuil which move back to the station. the afternoon ended with riots between the local youth and cops.
Statement:"
Very few stadium people on Marseille side, a little in the Vieux Port lost in the local population who have been the principal actor of the day and take that opportunity to do a mess. Boulogne had a good group but have been caught by the cops too early in the center so finally very few contacts.
Auteuil fought against an all hood youth and to be honnest it was impressive, the best action of the day in Paris side."
"Arrived at 14:30 in the Vieux Port, we aren't all there when the first Marseille group show up in a street, we charged them and they left, the cops throw lacrymo and our mob is divided in two groups. We are 60 blocked in a bar surrounded by the cops, the other group looks to scatter. A few minutes later the "real" Marseille lads arrived (CU84 and Fanatics i think), everything fly but no contacts because of the cops, Marseille lads left with the cops on their ass. It was impressive, it could have been chaos but the cops were too much. After a long wait, we feel the popular pression but the cops control all of this with lacrymo and flashball, then they escort us to the subway, our last try to get off them failed.
Good trip, we saw that Marseille people still hate us and that in can fastly be a mess. no real physical contact so nobody have to show off. We doubted that it will be with the local population that it will be hot but we hoped to meet stadium people. We came, but it fucked up too early, its a pity that everybody wasn't arrived

Tucked up against the club's management, a thousand supporters of Etienne, owned Magic Fans and Green Angels, has shown this Saturday at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard before the game between St Etienne and Olympique Marseille, Provence reported. Supporters included chanted "Branch resignation," We want a team worthy of his audience, "or" Our presidents are buffoons.

In Saint-Etienne, meetings between Olympique Marseille and ASSE traditionally fall into the category of games classified as high risk. It is likely that if the thermometer will display tonight as five degrees, the evening might be warmer around the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard. The prefecture of the Loire does not minimize the context of this confrontation. As confirmed Lime Sebastian, Chief of Staff of the prefect of the Loire, monitoring will play on two fronts.
Four hundred police officers will be mobilized for this game. The Marseille fans (due to the number of 1 400 today) should be supervised until the bus access point without forgetting those who might be tempted to come to Saint-Etienne on secondary roads. But the security arrangements established by the prefecture of the Loire double vigilance since Etienne supporters have decided to boycott the match and to express their anger even before entering the stadium following the recent turmoil shaking the life of club.
It fears that when a little warm reception from fans at the arrival of coaches as players that Etienne Marseille.
During the match, the acts of disruption may be limited. As for the post-match if the weather is like that of yesterday, the warlike ardor cooled could be serious.

Event consistent and calm last night, supporters who have maintained this action despite the coaching change
I t is 17: 30 pm Saturday and hundreds of supporters ASSE place Carnot are massed in a temperature of minus 7 degrees. Opener behind a vehicle, a procession is formed and then shaken boulevard Jules Janin. Direction: Geoffroy-Guichard.
The appeal of supporter groups Magics Fans 91, Green Angels 92,Indépendantistes Stéphanois 98, was heard. A call to boycott the match had also been launched. A consistent event takes shape, divided into two groups. First, the Magic Fans and independence, at least eight hundred people behind a banner that occupies the full width of the road: "Save the ASSE. A little later, the Green Angels, about five hundred participants gathered behind the banner read: "Respect our club." Firecrackers, fireworks set the mood. But there is also the slogans and first one that was sung as "Directorate resignation. Another that had earlier heard in the aisles of the stadium a few decades is back in fashion is a sign: "The Greens in the mine." A traditional song serves as a leitmotif: "We want a team worthy of his audience. " "Respect our club as the fans screaming. Then we approach the cauldron through the boulevard Thiers, tone, too cold, is keen: "Our leaders are fools" is chanted. The procession arrives at the stadium. A curtain of CRS him bar the road to protect the arrival of coach players. Everything happens peacefully. Faced with the cord, the fans stop and there is some catch words. "Let the record" said one of them, "They are there for six years. For six years it failed. Their first decision was to turn Antonetti ... These people do not represent the values of Saint-etienne. "They live not even here. it is not good to live here, "shouted a fan. All officers are no exception hooted: "Do they understand that in a ras-le-bol is taking us for idiots." The GA 92 distribute a leaflet which begins: "This year our dreams are gone after only seventeen days ..." players "without pride" are not spared.
Then the gathering broke up. At kickoff, about two to three hundred supporters to remain outside the stadium with around three quarters of a brazier south side.

Saint Etienne cares and cries loudly now that he no longer wishes to be represented through its club history, by incompetent leaders, vain and manipulative.
The Green people of France and Navarre can no longer accept being ridiculed every weekend, to swallow his pride and leave the stage, head bowed, at each output of our club. The disappointments are strung together one after another for five years, with the arrival of leaders calling for "stability of the club" which applies only to the poor since many years.
Errors are numerous and their responsibilities are more than engaged. The only honorable way out for these men is clear that failure, and assume.
Today, we ask for the good of the club, they still have a minimum of pride and clarity to finally leave their seats and allow the club to rebuild itself with new faces on a sound footing.
Therefore, we will demonstrate our disappointment and our displeasure by boycotting the match against Marseille. We also call to all supporters Etienne, lovers of the ASSE, ultras or not, Carter or not, do not go to the Geoffroy Guichard stadium since emptied of its soul is the best way to show the growing gap between the club and its supporters.
We also find from the afternoon to demonstrate the motivation of people and protest loudly green our disgust.
We refuse to see our club die remaining idle.
The ASSE is above all its history and legend, his jersey, his fans and his famous green people.

On Sunday, the public was assured seamless around the stadium and downtown for the arrival of Olympique Marseille. However, police did not appreciate that fans entering the sports arena with smoke. The Girondins of turn south had better stand in the future because what happened in the span of Chaban-Delmas should not recur in the future. After Incidents Lille-Paris between fans Auteuil /Boulogne:The war of curva will it take place at PSG? - 19/01/2010
Source: 20Minutes.fr
The tension between the stands of Boulogne and Auteuil. Some would prohibit the movement of supporters in Paris ...
Auteuil against Boulogne, the come back? Last Saturday, the half-hour mark between Lille and PSG, the gallery visitor to North Stadium becomes inflamed and the site of a brawl between the two ultras tribunes hottest PSG. The independent Boulogne turn, as usual came in number for this shift in northern France where they have privileged relations with other groups (especially Belgian) took part in groups Auteuil. Smoke, throwing firecrackers and big fight ... stewards intervene and CRS. They expelled the boys Auteuil returned to Paris and filming this little world. "What happened is once again the same story: 200 guys who beat others because they are not white," says an official at Auteuil, which confirms that the tensions between the two corners of the park are becoming exacerbated. Contacted by 20minutes.fr, members of the Boulogne stand, regularly criticized for its xenophobia, do not want to testify.
Back on the first round
The episode Lille, a rare violence, is actually the second round. On 5 December, during a match in Bordeaux, a member of the Boulogne stand comes toting a banner with a Celtic cross (a symbol recovered by the extreme right) in the span of Auteuil.Angry the Supras Auteuil, a no partisan group, but many of whose members claim to extreme left, beat then independent of Boulogne. "That day, they attacked the wrong people influential in the Kop of Boulogne," testifies a member of Lutece Falco (group Auteuil), present in Bordeaux. The independent Boulogne had then promised to take revenge in Lille ... Sated vengeance last Saturday. "And then it is useless to titillate Boulogne on the ground of violence. In this area, they are masters, "says the source.
A travel ban?
So, Will we see a new war supporters in Paris? This is one of the fears that Paris officials had an appointment with the warden Tuesday afternoon. Some consider a travel ban outright supporters in Paris, President Robin Leproux called Saturday night stadium bans (IDS). For, in light of recent information, it seems that the tribune Boulogne, less controllable since the dissolution of the Boulogne Boys (following the case of the anti-banner Ch'tis) and infested with independents, is again in the process of radicalization. Historical territory of the first groups Ultras Paris influenced by the British hooligan tradition, it is now infiltrated by mouvances extreme right as the Young Identitaires (met in Paris under the banner of the Apache project). These individuals are not known to police because they do not necessarily come to the stadium.
And groups Auteuil? Agitated since the start of the season (march near the Mosson Marseillle violence, etc.), the Supras are not ready to be pushed around "Auteuil becomes increasingly political. Not necessarily the suburban youth that populate this forum that is not politicized in nature but some leaders, analysis of the member Lutece Falco. Already, during the 2005-2006 season, another group, the Tigris had attacked the Auteuil Boulogne ultras, especially during a battle in a service station during a trip to Nantes. An event that had caused the dissolution of the Tigris. "A few years ago, it would have taken the slap without a word. Now they are forced to make 200, as in Lille, to attack us, welcomed an official Auteuil before perspective. The Tigris absolutely wanted them back inside. We, we never will disclaim the role of aggressor. By cons, they do not break our balls. "

Five workshops will be offered to study the general situation in the stands of stadiums. This is an opportunity to discuss some points of contention between supporters groups and forums.

The Parisians are boycotting the conference supporters
Considering this Thursday at the Stade de France to attend the first "Congress supporters, organized by Secretary of State for Sports, Rama Yade, associations supporters PSG (Boulogne-Auteuil) were not submitted for justified reasons.
Over at Virage de Boulogne, representatives of the "Kop of Boulogne" boycotted the meeting for the simple fact that it is an initiative of the "state" while the latter is responsible for the dissolution of the "Boulogne Boys" in 2008.
By cons, regarding supporters of Auteuil, the latter unwilling to find himself face to face with the Winners, the association of supporters that the OM had displayed in his gallery at the last OM-PSG banners scandalous to Julien Quemener and fan hit by a car during a match postponed. Moving to Lyon for PSG: the arm wrestling of supporters - 28/01/2010
Source: Le Parisien
Parisian fans are angry and they intend to know. Some associations tribune Auteuil (the Supras, the Authentiks and Grint), in considering the effect of travel to Lyon on Sunday but without buying tickets in advance.
Presumably, these fans between 300 and 400 people will travel by bus.
They could be intercepted on the road before arriving in Lyon or at least be grouped in a car park on the outskirts of Gerland. However, it is likely that the police let them into the same forum visitors without tickets, to limit the risk of flooding outside the stadium or in the city. In so doing, these groups Auteuil want to express their disagreement with the measures taken by PSG after the serious incidents in Lille (3-1) January 16.
In view of tensions between the two Kops, that of Boulogne and Auteuil, the club has decided that for the first time, no tickets will be sold directly to groups of supporters. Anyone wishing to travel should make the seat of PSG by name to buy a ticket on which the identity of the buyer will be listed (currently about 400 Parisians have paid up). In Lyon, police checks will be carried out at the stadium entrance.
"This is unacceptable, and carried away one of the representatives of Auteuil. It is an attack on our status. There is no reason that complies with these controls.
