Talk in this topic about the tifosi in Slovenia

There are two ultra groups that I( B) ) consider important

Green Dragons Ljubljana(Olimpija Ljubljana)
user posted image
They support their football team, basketball team and hockey team(baketball team is the best in the time of speaking)
They are founded 1988. and they based their cheering on english way ( :box )
in old yugoslavia they were sort of group that usually takes side in "ultras wars"
for exmpl. when we were playing in Ljubljana(in the war) they stick with us.....
Since there are many supporters of other "old yugoslavian" teams(Dinamo,Zvezda,Hajduk,Partizan) in Ljubljana their group is mainly filled with young guys that doesnt follow their "famillie tradition"(lets put it that way)
Since 2000 there have been no incidents(maybe some smaller) on football games
but they are active on the basketball games....
here are some pictures(couldnt find any bigger) from the match Olimpija-Aek
http://images.google.hr/images?svnum=10&hl...agons+ljubljana

They hate everything that comes from Maribor since they think they are capital and real slovenians(how originaly)
Their fan-site is under construction...

Viole 89`Maribor (Maribor laško...?)
They are founded i guess 1989.
they support their football team and i think some baketball team
Unlike dragons they didnt stick with anyone in old yugoslavia
they are based on lets say "hooligans" even though their hooligans are not strong at all..... :tong
This summer they did couple of incidents mainly on friendly games...
against Ljubljana they ruin some bar in the middle of the city

They attack Delije and ruin some guys(but those were mainly delije from Ljubljana and Maribor)
then they attack torcida...and when torcida respond
..... :aight

Thanks Agramer for all the useful information and the great pictures (especially that one from that hot girl), and your English is good, I can understand everything and I think that goes up for most of the members here

I heard about a Women Fan Club inside Green Dragons called Hooligirls. I saw a couple of pictures from them somewhere in the net, I think they´re quite active inside the main crew.

opus dei - July 21, 2007 09:14 AM (GMT)
I think you are wrong. They have a girl section called Green dragon ladies and that's it.I think they are in number of 10 girls.Even they think they're hooligirls I don't know how can they be active?! They play in third league,so there's no enemies and rivals.Who is then their enemy? Maribor hooligans?!

Well, I saw a couple of pictures of them and they were around 10, yeah, but all with HOOLIGIRLS slogan in the t-shirts, so I thought it was a proper fan club.

About activity, I didn´t mean fighting (I don´t know this aspect in slovenian scene really) but mainly that I see them at their team home games and trips, always with GD main crew.

Regards.

Some friends of mine are coming to Ljubljana for a few days.

Is there an official store of Olimpija where they can buy stuff?
Is there an "official" ultra-store?

Thank you in advance!
