Liberté pour Santos : Le juge espagnol reporte sa décision

Alors que l'on pouvait espéré une remise en liberté du capo des Ultras Marseillais, Santos Mirasierra dès hier, la justice espagnole a encore démontré que comme sa police elle en était resté à des pratiques bien peu "démocratiques" et quasiment moyenageuse, puisque "Santi" va rester incarcéré à la prison de Soto del Real à Madrid au moins jusqu'à vendredi.

En effet, le juge a refusé de visionner les vidéos fournies par Canal Plus Espagne au motif que pour lui, seules les vidéos des caméras de surveillance du stade Vicente Calderon peuvent faire foi. On se demande bien ce qu'elle pourtraient montrer de plus ou de moins que celle de la TV espagnole...

On sait aussi que le juge n'a pas souhaité de même prendre en compte les témoignages des deux policiers du GVU qui accompagnait ce déplacement et qui ont confirmé que Santos n'était pas coupable des accusations portées contre lui par la police madrilène !

Enfin, ce même juge a aussi refusé que Santos soit transféré sur le territoire français en attendant le jugement au motif qu'il pourrait "s'enfuir"...(???!!!)

Du côté des ultras et de l'ensemble des supporters de l'OM, on continue à s'activer, que ce soit par l'aide apporté à la famille et par les avocats espagnols (ceux des Riazor Blues du Depor). C'est d'ailleurs en Espagne même que la solidarité prend toute sa dimension après les bâches de soutien affichées par les Biris Norte et les Riazor Blues, on sait maintenant qu'une manifestation de soutien à Santos va prochainement être organisée à...Madrid à l'initiative des Bukaneros (groupe ultra) du Rayo Vallecano...

Message de soutien aux ultras du Poli Timisoara :

Club roumain en instance de procès avec l’uefa et la ligue roumaine sur l’appellation et les couleurs du club, le Poli a du changé de nom à l’inter saison (Poli Timisoara  FC Timisoara) et s’est vu enlever 6 points en championnat.

A la suite de ça, les fans locaux ont organisé 2 manifestations de protestations dans les rues de la ville. Ces mouvements furent sévèrement réprimés par les forces de l’ordre.

De là, naquit un mouvement de solidarité autour de la cause de Timisoara (en roumanie mais aussi dans quelques pays européens), pour qu’ils aient gain de cause dans leur procès (le club) et contre la répression dont les ultras ont été victimes.

En raison de bons contacts entre leaders de la curva sud de Timisoara et un membre de notre bureau, nous avons symboliquement participés au mouvement de solidarité, en soutenant les ultras du CVUCS (Commando Viola Ultras Curva Sud) par un message :

I was in that game in Parc Des Princes, and i just want to say that the Atmosphere
from the 'supras atuill' sector was great!
Iam a'bit suprised, because i thought that the boulogne boys are the bigger group in the stad'.

If you talk about the stand's atmosphere Virage Auteuil is much better than Kop Of Boulogne. But if you talk about groups, really difficult to say which one is the best at the moment. Supras Auteuil, Authentiks, Lutece Falco, Boulogne Boys, let's say it depends af the game.

But except the last 10 minutes the atmosphere was not really great for this game, even in Supras... Only a few pyro, no tifo, lack of motivation, perhaps thoughts were already turned into Schalke and Marseille's away games this week...
