I concussed myself a week and a half ago and I've had persistent headaches, drowsiness and difficulty concentrating ever since. On Friday I finally rang NHS Direct who sent me straight to my GP who sent me straight to A&E. The upshot of it is, my brain function is normal but I'm not allowed to do any work until Tuesday (reading, writing, computer) and need to take it easy until the end of term. I also have painkillers which are helping the headache. -------------------- In the Spoozictionary, the definition of cuteness is as follows: "Tim Brooke-Taylor. All ages, all outfits.

I've sworn of coca-cola for the moment and I'm just craving a can or two... Is anyone geared up for christmas yet? I'm just looking forward to two weeks of sleeping and Open University work. It's just hit me how much I have to do!

Bit by bit i think..i've written my christmas card & present lists!

Went into manchester today, (mums birthday next week and to collect some train tickets!
