Four Turns past, all of Pern was stricken by a disaster that destroyed almost all that had been so painstakingly built up, leaving nothing but chaos in its wake. Now, the survivors struggle to rebuild, those who were branded as Rebels in the Old Days now resurfacing as Pern's only hope. Refugees from all over flock to the one place that offers promise in what remains of their world: Tyrine Weyr.

EVENTS
September 27/09: The hatching ended several days ago, meaning that Weyrling Lessons ought to be starting soon, so keep your eyes open! In the meantime, the HATCHING FEAST has started, so feel free to send your characters in for some good food and fun. There should also be a firelizard clutch soon, and all areas of the weyr are, of course, open for play.
September 19/09: The Hatching has started. Get your candidates to the Sands. There has already been a new color emerge. Who will he impress? You have to be there to witness this momentous event. This is the first Hatching at Tyrine, people are anxiously waiting to see what happens.
