-Slight performance adjustments

Topian Toolbar

All updates in Wolf's recent topic + Hidden Updates:

-New Live Radio added to toolbar
-Topian files button now has a drop-down menu to access other locations
-New items on Topian drop-down menu button
-Appearance adjustments
-Slight feature adjustments/additions

I despise toolbars, but I'm actually using this one, I advise you to use it also. I can also guarantee it has the easiest radio/Podcast access

Forum updates

-More links, specifically on the top user Navbar, have been updated from the Invision domain to our official domain. (Topiav2.com/whatevergoeshere)

-Podcast Forum/Category added
-Topian Radio Forum and/or section will be added SOON.

The live radio is currently only up on the toolbar, due to need of adjustments. It is our "Topian summer radio and will probably be down by September. Everything on the Radio is streamed live and is picked/done by the Topian Staff.
