I actually agree with Franz on this one. Then remove the UN as it's no longer needed and we'd save a bundle there too.
But the real question: does the prez have the power to enact such an agreement that supersedes the constitution? I don't think he does. I also don't think the Supreme Court bench is loaded well enough to back him on such an attempt. |
