As it's nearly National Novel Editing Month, I thought I'd share a few sites I've stumbled across (with the infamous StumbleUpon) about revising.

First off is Holly Lisle's Workshop on revising which helped me out a lot.

Then There's This: 30 days to a stronger novel Which I haven't actually read, but certainly looks useful.

And a brief discussion of this writer's revision process.
