1. No trolling, baiting, racist, or flaming/personal attacks in any forums. An admin or moderator will simply edit/remove posts in violation.

2. Moderators/admins will remove/edit posts only containing off-topic/non-serious material in any of the Politics and News forums.

3. Posting a user's private/personal contact information (home address, phone number, etc) is not allowed.

4. DO NOT HACK/CHANGE/EDIT OR TRY TO HACK/CHANGE/EDIT ANY PART OF THE BOARD WITHOUT EXPRESS PERMISSION FROM THE ADMIN

5. Violating rule 3 and 4 could result in immediate banning.

6. Please limit your foul and grotesque language. And DO NOT try to get around the filter for word being filtered.

7. Constant violations of rules 1, 2, and 6 will result in having a discussion about the user, initiated by a moderator or admin, in this Assembly, which could result in banning, depending on the circumstances.

8. WARNING SYSTEM-----
There Must be an obvious reason for the warn. If a moderator is to warn someone, the mod must PM/e-mail the person who is being warned with the reason. The mod MUST also PM/e-mail the admin (C.Pierno) stating: the person being warned, a link to the topic, and the reason the mod is warning the person. IF A MOD DOES NOT ABIDE BY THIS RULE THE MOD WILL BE PUT ON PROBATION, (Probation means the mod will be stripped of his/her mod abilities for 4 days) IF THE MOD CONTINUES TO DISREGARD THIS RULE HE/SHE WILL BE STRIPPED OF HIS/HER MOD ABILITIES INDEFINITELY.

Warning Rating System--

1 Warn= Nothing will happen this is just a warning

2 Warns= The person being warned will have to have their posts approved by the admin or mod of the board he/she is posting in for 7 days

3 Warns= The person being warned will have to have their posts approved by the admin or mod of the board he/she is posting in for 10 days

4 Warns= The Person who is being warned will have their account suspended here at The Republican for 4 days

5 Warns= A discussion will be held about the person being warned with the admin, several mods, including the mod who warned the person, and the person being warned. In this assembly the admin will decide if the person will be banned or have his/ her account suspended for "x" amount of days

These are rules that supporters of any political ideology should all be able to agree on. This way, threads will be kept on topic, and generally more interesting to read. These rules would apply to all posters.
