When filling out this application, please make sure you fill it all out and that all the brackets are gone. The brackets are there to help you, but please lose them once you're done. IE: Full Name: [First, Middle, Last] – make sure the ‘First, Middle, Last’ part is gone. If neither getting rid of the brackets and filling it all out, your profile will not be accepted. Once your profile has been accepted, it will be moved to the appropriate sub-board in the Profile Database. If you have any questions, please ask. If you are wondering about something, look at other profiles for examples. If your coding is not right, you will ask to fix it.

Make sure that all the rules have been read! Do not ask for somebody to look at your profile unless it has been 48 hours because not all administrators can get on everyday. Please do not change the form. Make sure that you create a whole new topic.
