Since Tomato didn't get enough people to sign up last time and he allowed me permission, I'll have this up for a while. If absolutely necessary, I'll start with 4-6 teams and increase the amount of characters per team. *Though i would prefer a good 8-10 with 3 chars per team.*. Some of the rules will be slightly altered as well.

Rules
1) All teams play 10 games. 5 Away, 5 Home. (Subject to Change)
2) All matches are 5 stock, no items, no time limit. Over Time won't be an Issue unless i have to expand the teams.
3) Transactions/Character Swaps may only be made after Week 1 is complete
4) All characters acquired from either Free Agency or Trade must play 1 game on your team before being dropped or traded
5) Lineups are to be sent after results of the previous week are posted. For Week 1, just whenever it all gets set up.Failure to get lineups in results in the same lineup from previous week. If you intend on using the same lineup, just tell me beforehand. Lineups must consist of your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & OT round choices. You may only use each character once, except for OT, which is anyone of your choice. Trades and Transactions are done in this thread.
