Eastern Tennessee is in the Eastern Standard Time zone. Just like you.

Central and Western Tennessee is in the Central Standard time zone. Murfreesboro is in Central Tennessee.

Nationwide at Bristol Tennessee starts at 12:00 noon. Our time.

You should move to BuckSnort and catch up with the rest of us. If you were in the Eastern Time Zone and all you appointments were just across the line in the Central Time Zones. And traveling at 6mph, you would be early for all your appointments.

SPRINT CUP TODAY @ 12:30pm in Michigan and 11:30am Murfreesboro...

In Michigan the race start at the same time no matter where in the state you live. BUT in that South of the Mason/Dixon line state of TN., It matters because they are all in their own zones down there.

I learned all that yesterday in my one on one geography lesson with that sweet young lady who lives in Murfreesboro...I also learned on Google Earth, that Bristol is closer to Kenny than it is to Murfreesboro. I didn't know that either...And here I thought I knew everything.

Anyways, back to the race...
