For those not familiar with this item, it mounts on your crossbow and elevates your scope to shoot accurately to within 2'' at 60 yards, and 4'' at 80 yards. It's brand new, still in package. I was curious if that worked. Did you ever try it? Not looking to buy... just curious

Nope, never tried it, Don. I've talked with people who have them and their very pleased with it. I feel my bow is to slow for it. The company says it's fine but at 265 fps. I think the deer would be sure to, 'jump the string,' even at 60 yards. :dunno: It would be fun for target shooting though.

Too far for hunting. That deer could definitely move before the arrow reached it. Not much but it doesn't much for a good shot to turn into a wounding one. Would be fun on the range though.
