Mike's son was on the, Sportsmen Channel, last year on an elk hunt. I believe the name of the show is, The Thrill of the Hunt. The one where they take union workers on their dream hunt. Mike Jr. had lost all his fingers on one hand while at work. He knew his dad always dreamed of going on an elk hunt, but couldn't bring him along on his hunt last year. So he promised his dad that he would save his money and send him on his own hunt. He kept his word.

That's great that he was able to do that for his dad.

I've played that video a couple of times. It's neat how close that elk came in.

I have hunted elk in Colorado three times and have never seen a bull in the woods while hunting.
